"My family spent the week of Christmas 2014 in this most wonderful home. It was one of the best family Christmas outings we have ever had! A beautiful modern home perched just above the water on Port Susan on Camano Island. Eagles joined us for coffee each morning as we watched the tides move in and out along with the small crab and fishing boats working on the water.
This home is very easy to get to, and well worth the drive from the city to get away from the crowds, noise and traffic. Everett is just a short drive in the event the stores in Camano or Stanwood do not have what you need. The home is well furnished with everything you could need other than your own groceries.
The owners are accessable anytime and are terrific to deal with. It is definitely a peaceful, quiet treasure on Camano Island! We will return!"

Had a great weekend with my sons and daughter-in-law
"I took two of my adult sons and my daughter-in-law for a birthday trip. We love Whidbey Island and have stayed at other places previously, and this was definitely a great place for us. The water views were spectacular, especially in the morning. We are all active, so the short hike down to the beach (this property is on a high bank) was pleasant and allowed us to get some exercise. The street is quiet, which is a nice change from the city noise we usually deal with. Watching a seal play in the water was a treat.
The house had everything we needed, and we had some top flight meals as a result without having to hunt up a restaurant. The deck looking over the water is a great place for breakfast and barbecues. My daughter-in-law kept saying how much she liked Eagle's Perch and posting photos to Facebook, so I'm sure it was a hit."

"This house is very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need. We loved the amazing views from the large windows and deck overlooking the water. The trundle bed was perfect for our two kids and there were plenty of games, puzzles and movies to keep them very occupied. It is just a few minutes from Langly, which is a great little town to spend time walking around. This would be an ideal place for anyone who might have mobility issues since there aren't stairs to navigate. The beach is a bit of a walk and not easy to get to, you have to climb over piles of logs and rocks. Other than that a great place!"

"What a lovely, color infused home evoking the feelings of its environs in its hues. We enjoyed our stay, even though our numbers suffered attrition due to last minute emergencies amongst our ranks. That worked out well as I think four people over 50 would have felt tight in this home - maybe not so much so had we been in our 20s or 30s or had we been a family. We did have to move the air fresheners outside during our stay too. Neighbors were friendly, strolls were lovely, and the quiet peace of this home overlooking the Saratoga Passage resulted in a a thoroughly relaxed state and lovely dreams. It's about a six mile drive into the heart of Coupeville from the home. Thank you Rob and company."
