"We [four of us] were in the Seattle area to attend a wedding and decided, for the first time, to try something other than a hotel. Luckily we chose this place, which was perfect as it offered us the comfort, peace, relaxation and excellent views we were seeking. Not to the mention that we were 'refugees' trying to escape the Arizona heat! The weather was perfect.
The accommodations were comfortable, the amenities as advertised and presented in the photographs. It met and exceeded all our requirements and expectations.
I speak on behalf of all of us, when I state that I would recommend this beach house without any hesitation or reservations and that we would love to go back!"

Couldn't imagine better breakfasts or hosts...great value-delightful experience.
"We stayed 3 delightful nights at the Parsonage with another couple while exploring Gig Harbor for the first time. This home is clean, welcoming, very comfortable and is tastefully appointed. The location is an easy walk to town where we explored the farmer's market, diverse shops and the harbor. Happy hour on the Tide Tavern deck and a tour of the harbor with Destiny Tours were probably our favorite experiences. What makes this bed and breakfast exceptional are the hosts and their attention to details in caring for their guests. They are sensitively hospitable and make the best breakfast in town. We enjoyed the artful presentations, excellent and generous food together with just the right amount of engaging conversation. The grounds were inviting, creative and restful. We recommend the parsonage and would come again without hesitation. Thank you, John and Mary."

"We stayed in Gig Harbor at this amazing property while visiting family in Tacoma. Once you drive up to the property, you will not want to leave. In fact, my husband, who never sits still, said, " I will be right here in this chair overlooking the bay and the view of the mountain all weekend!" And that's exactly what we all did. It was so relaxing. The house is very well stocked with all you need for cooking and bbq'ing with nice, top of the line equipment. The bedrooms are clean, with nice, soft linens and comfortable beds. The house sits directly on the water and when the tide is out, the beach is perfect for searching for shells and "treasures".
It is a bit of a drive from the freeway exit, but not too far and well, well worth it once you arrive. Only about a 7-10 minute drive to downtown gig harbor where there are Great restaurants, shops, kayak and paddle boar d rentals.
John was so easy to work with and extremely responsive.
We look forward to staying here again. It is a special property!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Gig Harbor Guest House for 12 days. It was a most enjoyable and pleasant stay. Without hesitation, we highly recommend the Guest House. The house is as close to the water as one can be, very close to the historic downtown, quiet, modern, and just a superb place to stay and kick back. Marlene is an excellent hostess. She provides everything that a guest would expect and wish to have to make a stay comfortable. And before you leave take a look at the name of the dock and the pictures of the fishing boats on the walls - there is a fascinating connection with local history and heritage! Great place - highly recommended."
