"Wonderful little apartment, warm wood floors, black and white tiling in bath and kitchen. Close to grocery stores and other businesses..nice neighborhood to take a walk! Downtown, historic Ballard is a great place to browse and shop"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience, clean house and clear directions.<br/>Only complain is that the outside trash was already full so it made it a bit difficult to get rid of the trash bags at the end of our stay."

  • everything you need

"a perfect place to stay in seattle. out of the hustle and bustle, but still in the city. we had everything we needed for a comfy stay in friendliest neighborhood i know (i used to live a couple blocks away) in ballad/fremont, including a well-stocked kitchen (with fresh eggs and coffee!) and a wonderful view from the XL kitchen/living room windows. the price is right, as we did our shopping around in the area. outdoor hot tub was relaxing, we would recommend for any time of year. on a steep hill, this means a beautiful view of nw seattle. plenty of transportation options without a car, bus stop around the corner. we were there with our 5-yr old toddlers, safe and accommodating. there is a great children's park a short walk down the hill and south on 3rd nw & 45th. also a convenience store right there. a bigger neighborhood market (awesome, one of my favorites in the whole city) up the hill for a longer walk, and a GREAT wine selection, go to "market-time" for anything including fresh flowers...walk up the hill a few blocks and left on fremont for a few blocks."
