"This is a well appointed apartment in a relatively quiet area, but within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Sidewalks make it possible to walk, or you can take a bus. We were very comfortable there for our visit to Seattle. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Madison and Marc for making it so comfortable."

"This is the second time that we have stayed in this incredible home. And, we hope for many more visits. The Eastlake location is ideal for getting to all of Seattle. Yet, the property is located in a beautiful neighborhood.
The views from the main floor patio and the master bedroom are spectacular. Truly breathtaking. The great surprise here is when evening comes you get a perfect view of the Seattle skyline.
The home is so well maintained and clean that it is a step above a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether eating take away or cooking a full meal. The appliances are state-of-the-art.
This home is beautifully decorated. Each room has its own special flair and feeling... very artfully decorated. In addition, all beds and seating are exceptionally comfortable. Special note to seniors: We had our 90-year old mother with us during our latest stay. There are quite a few stairs. But, this was NOT a problem as there are railings and stair pads all the way. She had no problem navigating all of the stairs and said she rather enjoyed all of the exercise each day.
Our most recent stay was in October 2015 for our son's wedding. We had family and friends in and out for a week. They all loved this treasure of a home. We had the added pleasure of meeting the owners while we stayed there. They are always easy to contact and go the extra mile to ensure the best stay possible for their guests. If we weren't already in love with the property, we would have been after meeting them. Not only do they care about keeping their home in shape, style, and comfort; they care for the well being of their renters.
The only negative for this property is that you need to check the calendar and book early. It seems that a lot of people are discovering this jewel in Seattle."

"As a couple we found the studio apartment to be perfect for our ten day stay. It is warm and well lit as advertised and had all the things we needed for our stay: well kitted out kitchen, comfortable bed, wifi, tv, shower etc and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. The apartment is also located in a nice residential street about three minutes walk to good transport links downtown and a 10 minute stroll to the cool Capitol Hill area. There are great supermarkets a 5 minute walk and we would absolutely recommend for a couple. It would probably also work for a family with a young child/baby. The owners were very easy to deal, all done via email. They gave us contact numbers but everything was so straightforward we never had to use them. We found Seattle to be possibly the friendliest city we have visited in Europe or North America with so much to see and do. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here if available."

"I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks during early August. Check in was easy and Angela’s instructions to operate the TV, Internet, etc were made it even simpler. I cannot say enough about the weather that time of year which was only matched by the views from the apartment, which were more than advertised (Angela’s picture didn’t do the view enough justice). Also the location of the apartment, which is in a very nice neighborhood is also near (2 min drive) to a main street with many stores and local restaurants. The apartment is also near I-5 which may sound like a eye and ear sore but to be honest I didn’t ever really notice. Downtown and Univ. of Washington access is also very convenient, being only a 5-10 minute drive, and I never really had any bad traffic days to complain of. In the end, I felt that I got more than advertised and would recommend this to any family. If you are a smoker, this may not be the best option, but for everyone else, highly recommended."
