"As a couple we found the studio apartment to be perfect for our ten day stay. It is warm and well lit as advertised and had all the things we needed for our stay: well kitted out kitchen, comfortable bed, wifi, tv, shower etc and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. The apartment is also located in a nice residential street about three minutes walk to good transport links downtown and a 10 minute stroll to the cool Capitol Hill area. There are great supermarkets a 5 minute walk and we would absolutely recommend for a couple. It would probably also work for a family with a young child/baby. The owners were very easy to deal, all done via email. They gave us contact numbers but everything was so straightforward we never had to use them. We found Seattle to be possibly the friendliest city we have visited in Europe or North America with so much to see and do. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here if available."

"The location was very convenient to be able to explore Seattle. The 2 BR Victorian flat was everything that I had read about plus more. I appreciate the shower and accommodations that were provided. It was great to have everything written one page: directions to get there, directions about how the lock, contacts..."

super location with accessible, accommodating host
"I'm a grad school student who visits Seattle once a month for my studies. This trip, I needed to come in a few days early for a conference and thought it would make life easier just to stay over rather than fly home and then back out for my classes the following weekend. I loved the location. Having wifi included and easy access to a washer/dryer was very handy. We could easily walk to bus stops, grocery, restaurants and cafes.
It was chilly & rainy (typical November weather for Seattle), but there is very little extra bedding (i.e. blankets) in the house. Also there were no spare towels. We just washed and dried our towels during the stay, but if you like a towel for your body and one for your hair, bring extras. While it's on a quiet, residential street, I could hear people in the group house across the street, coughing loudly and yelling at each other (they sounded a bit drunk) at odd times. Also you can hear the train whistle in the distance and flights overhead. These sounds are not constant or super loud, but you should be aware of them if you are prefer quiet environments for sleeping."

"Great location for getting around by public transportation. Easy access to Japanese Garden, Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and ferries. Restaurants and grocery shopping within easy walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with the comforts of home. Cindy and Jose were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Definitely plan on using them again on our next Seattle trip."
