"Great location for getting around by public transportation. Easy access to Japanese Garden, Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and ferries. Restaurants and grocery shopping within easy walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with the comforts of home. Cindy and Jose were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Definitely plan on using them again on our next Seattle trip."

"Overall I was very pleased with Harrison Modern and will rent again. I felt safe walking from the house for food and to nearby shopping. The night life is always busy and if I wasn't on vacation the outside noise could be a factor for a restful sleep. It was nice having a laundry room to use during our stay, and with the private parking lot I saved time and money. I would recommend this house to family and friends."

"My husband and I really loved this place. Mark and Stephen, the owners, really thought of everything. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay right in Capitol Hill with all the amenities we needed. The apartment is within walking distance of tons of restaurants and grocers, and if you're up for a bit of a walk, you can even walk down to the Space Needle in about thirty minutes. Or you can take the bus and get there in five minutes. We loved the apartment, and simply could not be happier with it."
