  • Wonderful Location, No Surprises, Great Hosts

"The location was as described in a central location. It was walking distance to the Market, ferry, convention center, shopping district. The applicable train station was a 15 minute walk. The condo was as described with no surprises. It was a nicely decorated, supplied with enough kitchenware for me, the bed was comfortable and I had no complaints. The building, itself, was an older building but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hosts were very helpful as well. I would definitely stay again."

  • Beautiful Rental Home

"A beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to downtown or a short drive. Easy parking and plenty of room for up to 6 adults. We will definitely consider renting again at this location next time we are in town."

  • Good for Business Trip Stay

"The studio is quaint and cozy, very clean, and the kitchen is more well-stocked than my home kitchen. They even have a food processor I think if you are a cook. It's a four minute walk to Trader Joe's and the neighborhood in general can't be beat. It's a residential street but it's right near Union and Madison and a five minute walk to great restaurants like Barrio, Spinasse and the vegan reataurant next door, Cafe Presse, and Skillet Diner all very good. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Pike Place market, but we used a lot of Uber and Lyft an it was only like a $8 ride back from the market. I also took Uber to my business training everyday which was in Beacon Hill near Little Saigon and that was only about a $7 ride. My boyfriend visited in the weekend and had no problem with the height of the apartment. He is about 5'10". Wifi works great. Check in check out was very easy as you don't have to meet anyone at a certain time. The cab from the airport was $50 but on the way back I used Uber and it was only $30. There was some noise coming from upstairs and sounded like some kids playing in the backyard on the weekend that was a little loud, but for the price and location of this place, I thought it was worth it. I stayed a week and got the weekly rate which came out to be around $60 a night which I thought was a steal, about half of what other people in y training were paying, so I think there's a lot of value."

  • Weekend Getaway

"Very nice home, owners are great to work with. Priced right for area. The house helped make our visit perfect. Easy drive, or a long walk, to the various areas of the City. House is located with other townhomes in area of city going though renewal of the area. Felt comfortable at all times. We would certainly do it again!"
