  • IN THE CITY

"The condo was everything and more! Very tasteful and right in the middle of everything, but very quiet. We were three adults and it was perfect!"

  • Great place to stay in Seattle. Close to many places.

"My wife and 3 kids stayed in the condo to explore Seattle for a few days before Alaska cruise. The location of the condo was perfect, we did not have a car but we were within walking distance to Pikes Market, Westlake Center and Seattle Center. The condo was in great shape and Marilyn was very responsive of all of my questions and requests. Check in and out was a breeze and the kids enjoyed the pool after being out in the middle of a Seattle heat wave. The neighborhood has lots of foot traffic and interesting restaurants, but you are in a big city and the neighborhood does have its share of street people. Just be aware of your setting and you should be fine. We walked around a lot with 3 young kids and were fine. The only complaint I have about the neighborhood is the lack of markets within walking distance. There are 3 small markets within walking distance, but they are either really small, really lacking in selection or both. If you plan to cook, plan on getting fresh fruits, veggies and meat when you visit Pike’s Market. Overall, a great place for the price and location."

  • Amazing location and gorgeous condo

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. The location can't be beat - both the waterfront (i.e the Aquarium, Miner's Landing, Ferris wheel, etc.) and Pike Place Market are minutes away by foot. Earlier reviews mentioned the noise from the Alaska Way viaduct - and yes, you can hear the traffic but bear in mind you are right in the middle of a big city. If proximity to the action is more important to you than peaceful seclusion, this is the place to stay. (And I only really noticed the traffic if the patio door was open). The furnishings, the appliances, the kitchen equipment and especially the master bed are all top notch. The decor is tasteful and the natural brick makes you feel like you are in a cool, vintage Seattle building (even though the condo is new with all the mod cons). And everything is immaculate. You can pick up fantastic, fresh food at the market and cook a gourmet meal - accompanied by the bottle of wine the owner generously provides. Or you can try one of the amazing restaurants recommended by the owner - every suggestion we tried was superb. There are so many places to eat nearby that it really helped to get some guidance. The parking spot is quite tight so don't even think of getting your Honda Odyssey in there (we parked a smaller SUV but it took some careful manoeuvring.) . Check with the owner in advance and let her know what you're driving to confirm if you'll fit. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating about everything. We'll definitely return next time we visit Seattle!"

  • Great stay!

"This place was absolutely adorable! We wanted to steal every decor idea for our own house. The view of the space needle from the couch was so nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed and then some. The building was clean, safe and secure. We were the only ones in the pool and hot tub and it was great. There is a very pretty courtyard and rooftop deck. We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint we have is that the bathtub drain won't stay open so you have to prop it open while showering, not too big of a deal. We would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone!"
