The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The condo was as described on the website, though the pictures shows the living area with way more light than the room actually has. The couch was very uncomfortable and had lighting for only one person to read. Two sets of keys were provided, but since there were three of us, that meant some juggling and planning. The area is well located (the Starbucks mothership is just up the street and downtown Seattle is just down the same street, Pike), but next to a noisy freeway. Luckily, it was cool when we visited and it was convenient to keep the windows closed. The building has a rooftop walkway with a spectacular view of downtown Seattle, day and night. The front desk is manned just a few hours a day and a rather stern notes tells the occupants not to call the contact number unless there's a flood or fire. There have apparently been break-ins in the neighborhood, so security is strict. Make sure you have the arrival instructions clear. Our flight was early in the day, and we called the Sea to Sky number and left a message to see if we could get in early, but only when we called back at 4 p.m. did we make actual contact. The table is glass and very noisy, but we couldn't find any place mats. Paper towels did the trick. So, quite a few little things were odd or inconvenient, but overall, despite that, we enjoyed our stay and the city. Homelessness is a serious problem that Seattle is working on. Expect to step over people sleeping in doorways and sidewalks throughout the area. We came home and made a donation to the Plymouth nonprofit that works to provide housing there."

Kitchen has only the bare essentials. No one ever actually lives in this place, so it feels more like a resort condo unit that's always in the rental pool. However, we were able to cook a few meals here (saving a ton of money.)
Balcony is very tiny, but yes, technically two can sit.
Bedroom is very comfortable. Laundry in unit is great.
Living room ottoman hides some some extra blankets.
There is a yippy dog in 907 but you can't hear it from the unit, only in the hallway.
The pool is in the NW tower, a short walk from the lobby. It's only 3' deep but was good for a basic swim. Sauna's took a long time to warm up but eventually worked.
We used the community BBQ area one night - but it appears you have to sign up in advance. Luckily for us, there was an opening the evening we wanted to use it.
And you're a couple of blocks from Pike Place Market. We liked the Crumpet Shop, Left Bank Books, and Los Agaves (Mexican Street Food).
The Homeaway App was useful a couple of times.
Overall, a good value for the location."

"This property and location were great and "as advertised." I booked the apartment for myself and three college buddies for our annual "boys trip." I received high marks for selecting this property. This apartment would be perfect for a couple or small family.
The property was clean and well maintained. The apartment is well stocked with linens as well as all you need in the kitchen for making simple meals.
The balcony and living room afford great views of the Seattle skyline and water front.
We flew into SEATAC from various points around the country and it was very easy to take the light rail to a stop within an easy walk to the property. We took Uber cars wherever we wanted to go not within walking distance, but there's lots to see and do within walking distance.
The Picture Properties staff executed flawlessly.
Would rent again and recommend this to a friend."

"My husband and 4 friends stayed in this apartment comfortably. We came to Seattle for a conference at the Conference Center! It was extremely convenient and comfortable! Will absolutely stay here again!"
