"My son and some friends stayed at the Nest on July 24th and had an excellent experience! The owner was super accommodating on very short notice and responded very quickly to all my emails. Great location, very clean and check in is very easy. Payment was all done on line and damage deposit was refunded as promised. I would recommend the Nest to anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of Seattle. Thanks Suzanne, you will be the first place we check for availability on our next trip!"

"excellent accommodations in a great location close to all the great Seattle attractions. Would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone. Easy walking to Pike Place, harbor, Pioneer Square and Space Needle. The condo was well appointed, clean and had great amenities.
We stayed with our 4 kids. Used the air bed and still had plenty of room.
Felt like we lived there. Only thing better would have been daily housekeeping & a better view."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Traveling with a teenage daughter and son makes it difficult to find accommodations. Hotels require two rooms because they don't want to share a bed so this apartment was great because there were twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. We didn't have a rental car (although there is free parking) so it was an easy walk to the light rail/monorail which is all you need to get just about anywhere. We even rode the light rail to/from the airport. Doug made check-in and check-out very easy. The Elektra is an older building but the apartment has been remodeled and well-maintained. The only downfall is that it is VERY close to the highway so it's a bit noisy with the windows open. I wish there had been screens on the windows too so the bugs didn't come in."

"Tastefully furnished apartment in a perfect location to walk to everything! Comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen and a great BBQ area with spectacular views. Very nice building and amenities, felt very secure. The only negative was the lack of AC. Being on the 9th floor, it was uncomfortably stuffy and hot even with the window and door open. Unfortunately, the outside noise of traffic is constant. The fans made it bearable but the apartment never got very cool. We learned to shut all the blinds to keep afternoon sun out during the day, then we would prop open the hallway door when we got back and allow the building AC to flow in until bedtime. In all, not a big deal as we never spent much time in the apartment until evening."
