"Great apartment in a great location. Furnishings were good and adequate. Also extra's were there as well such as laundry detergent and dish soap for the washing machine. The location is great for walking to attractions in/around downtown Seattle. I would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend to my friends.
My only issues were minor in that the pool was closed for maintenance when I tried to take the kids to swim (nothing the rental company could have controlled) and the parking place is very narrow and close to a concrete column (which they warn about the small spaces in the description, so no surprise). Otherwise, there are some "weird" rules from the local home owners association, such as waiting when entering and exiting the garage to ensure no one unauthorised goes in or out and they have pretty stiff penalties for not doing this. Again, this was called out by the rental company and is not within their control, but it was something I had to get used to.
Otherwise, it was a great stay and a great property. I felt safe and comfortable. I stayed with 1 adult and 2 adolescents (7 & 8 years old) and we had a great time."

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. The location can't be beat - both the waterfront (i.e the Aquarium, Miner's Landing, Ferris wheel, etc.) and Pike Place Market are minutes away by foot. Earlier reviews mentioned the noise from the Alaska Way viaduct - and yes, you can hear the traffic but bear in mind you are right in the middle of a big city. If proximity to the action is more important to you than peaceful seclusion, this is the place to stay. (And I only really noticed the traffic if the patio door was open).
The furnishings, the appliances, the kitchen equipment and especially the master bed are all top notch. The decor is tasteful and the natural brick makes you feel like you are in a cool, vintage Seattle building (even though the condo is new with all the mod cons). And everything is immaculate.
You can pick up fantastic, fresh food at the market and cook a gourmet meal - accompanied by the bottle of wine the owner generously provides. Or you can try one of the amazing restaurants recommended by the owner - every suggestion we tried was superb. There are so many places to eat nearby that it really helped to get some guidance.
The parking spot is quite tight so don't even think of getting your Honda Odyssey in there (we parked a smaller SUV but it took some careful manoeuvring.) . Check with the owner in advance and let her know what you're driving to confirm if you'll fit. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating about everything.
We'll definitely return next time we visit Seattle!"

"Our previous booking fell through but we were so glad it did. The company we booked through was very accomadating and quick to help me with a quick booking and check in. With no parking in the city, it was very nice to have such a secure parking facility. The room itself, although small, met all of our needs. The decor was so charming and made it very pleasant to stay. The location within the city and to Pike's Market was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Tastefully furnished apartment in a perfect location to walk to everything! Comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen and a great BBQ area with spectacular views. Very nice building and amenities, felt very secure. The only negative was the lack of AC. Being on the 9th floor, it was uncomfortably stuffy and hot even with the window and door open. Unfortunately, the outside noise of traffic is constant. The fans made it bearable but the apartment never got very cool. We learned to shut all the blinds to keep afternoon sun out during the day, then we would prop open the hallway door when we got back and allow the building AC to flow in until bedtime. In all, not a big deal as we never spent much time in the apartment until evening."
