  • Amazing location and gorgeous condo

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. The location can't be beat - both the waterfront (i.e the Aquarium, Miner's Landing, Ferris wheel, etc.) and Pike Place Market are minutes away by foot. Earlier reviews mentioned the noise from the Alaska Way viaduct - and yes, you can hear the traffic but bear in mind you are right in the middle of a big city. If proximity to the action is more important to you than peaceful seclusion, this is the place to stay. (And I only really noticed the traffic if the patio door was open). The furnishings, the appliances, the kitchen equipment and especially the master bed are all top notch. The decor is tasteful and the natural brick makes you feel like you are in a cool, vintage Seattle building (even though the condo is new with all the mod cons). And everything is immaculate. You can pick up fantastic, fresh food at the market and cook a gourmet meal - accompanied by the bottle of wine the owner generously provides. Or you can try one of the amazing restaurants recommended by the owner - every suggestion we tried was superb. There are so many places to eat nearby that it really helped to get some guidance. The parking spot is quite tight so don't even think of getting your Honda Odyssey in there (we parked a smaller SUV but it took some careful manoeuvring.) . Check with the owner in advance and let her know what you're driving to confirm if you'll fit. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating about everything. We'll definitely return next time we visit Seattle!"

  • Location, View, Luxury, Comfort

"This condo is every bit as lovely as the pictures. The view is marvelous and the location could not be any better. You don't need a car as you can easily walk everywhere, but with the included underground parking space, we did rent a car and visited several places outside of Seattle...especially enjoyed the Boeing Plant in Everett and the wine country in Woodinville. We loved having the wine refrigerator for our 10 day stay. Also, having the W/D in the unit was much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is huge, the towels are soft and fluffy, the bed is super comfy, there is plenty of light in the double sink vanity area, the WiFi is fast and dependable, the condo is very quiet and comfortable and with the flip of a switch there is a fire in the fireplace. There is a big walk-in closet with plenty of room for your luggage and plenty of hangers for your clothes. There are also plenty of drawers in the dresser in the bedroom. We liked the roof terrace, which has several tables and chairs for dining and/or cocktails and we we used the grill up there a few times. The view from the condo balcony as well as from inside the apartment through the big windows is great for watching the ships come and go and watching the sun set, and looking down on the courtyard is very pretty too. The entire building is nice and extremely well maintained and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our favorite restaurant turned out to be one at the Pike Market....Place Pigalle...beautiful view, excellent menu, outstanding wine list, attentive owner, not inexpensive but not ridiculous...good value for the money. We were so lucky with the weather...we stayed the first 10 days of October and I never took the umbrellas out of the suitcase. This is definitely a 5 star condo and I hope we get to return in the next couple of years. Preben and Nicole were so helpful with the couple of questions that we did have, but they have included most everything that you might ask in the instructions that they give you. Excellent choice in Seattle!"

  • Belltown Condos

"My husband and I just spend a week at this condo. It’s clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with everything (except a blender) we needed to make are vacation comfortable without having to go out and buy trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. We felt that the condo was a perfect size for two with ample closet and drawer space. This unit is located on the top floor with a view of a beautifully manicured enclosed courtyard. The building was well secured and we never at anytime felt uncomfortable going from the garage to our condo. As mentioned in previous review, parking is tight. We had Chevy full size Impala. It was manageable but if there was a car park next to us, I had to get out before my husband could park the car. Check in was very smooth and Autumn explained everything to us and even gave us a quick tour of the building and where things were located (swimming pool, gym etc.). The chilled wine and flavored water was also a nice touch. This condo is within 15-20 minute walk to all the great shops and pikes market. Restaurants/bars/bakery are also located on the street level of this condominium. Overall we love this condo and plan to use this as our little vacation home when we return to Seattle each year."
