  • 4 Young Ladies celebrating 60 years young...

"Everything was as shown on the site, check in was smooth. We took the Amtrak train from Bellingham and the walk to the condo was approx 25 minutes, no problem. Beds were comfy and the unit was very clean and quiet...absolutley no issues. We are talking about doing annual vactions now, so we might be back!"

  • Perfect location

"This condo has the perfect location. We walked to lots of places including Pioneer Square, Pike Place market, restaurants, and coffee shops. The condo has a garage space, and a free bus stop is just a block away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed: washer/dryer, coffee maker, French press, umbrella(!), silverware, cups, etc. The owners were super helpful and provided us with the detailed instructions on check-in/check-out, where to find what we needed, and how to get to places. We communicated via phone and email. We felt very warmly taken care of."

  • Great place to stay in Seattle. Close to many places.

"My wife and 3 kids stayed in the condo to explore Seattle for a few days before Alaska cruise. The location of the condo was perfect, we did not have a car but we were within walking distance to Pikes Market, Westlake Center and Seattle Center. The condo was in great shape and Marilyn was very responsive of all of my questions and requests. Check in and out was a breeze and the kids enjoyed the pool after being out in the middle of a Seattle heat wave. The neighborhood has lots of foot traffic and interesting restaurants, but you are in a big city and the neighborhood does have its share of street people. Just be aware of your setting and you should be fine. We walked around a lot with 3 young kids and were fine. The only complaint I have about the neighborhood is the lack of markets within walking distance. There are 3 small markets within walking distance, but they are either really small, really lacking in selection or both. If you plan to cook, plan on getting fresh fruits, veggies and meat when you visit Pike’s Market. Overall, a great place for the price and location."

  • Loved this Place!

"The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you could need for your stay. We had a great view of the waterfront where we could see the ferry docking several times a day. The art museum is across the street and Pike Place Market is just a block away. I used the fitness room every day, but it was too cold to use any of the outdoor spaces. We opted to rent a car and the parking was very convenient - well worth the extra $20 per day. But you are close to many things so a car isn't necessary. The building is quiet and well maintained."
