"We just returned from our Seattle vacation and I can't say enough good things about our stay. Super clean, excellent location with beautiful views, and a wonderful, very helpful and responsive host. She "upgraded" us to this larger unit in consideration of our kids' comfort (without us asking) and immediately got us a new coffee pot when the one in the unit leaked the first couple times we used it (we're coffee drinkers, so this was A+ guest service for us). This property was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and artfully designed. Easy commute to downtown for tourists. Off-street parking that's included means no extra costs and no need to fight for street parking. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle."

"Upon arrival, we found the property to be clean and as advertised. The views from the beach house exceeded our expectations. A family wedding was the primary purpose for our visit and we decided to expand our stay as vacation for our extended family. The location was perfect for us because the reception was at Palisade at the marina. The house was very spacious for the 8 of us. The day after the wedding we entertained a total of 20 people comfortably at the beach house. Some of the older grandchildren visited the Space Needle, Pike's Market and the Big Wheel all of which were an easy drive. When vacationing we refer to ourselves as "professional loungers" and the views from the beach house were perfect for us. Watching the activity in Elliot Bay-Cruise ships, cargo ships, sail boats, military ships and the small boats setting their crab pots-was all very interesting to we Minnesotans. On the clear days we had beautiful views of the Cascades and Mount Rainier to the east and the Olympic range to the west. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the beachside bonfires.
From our first contact with Mary Miller to set up the reservation and all through our stay we found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. The day of arrival, the cleaning staff even contacted us to let us know that house would be available for early check in.
The only negative came on the day we had to leave the house, we wished we would have rented it for another few days!! I would certainly recommend this property to others who enjoy a beautiful view."

"Thank you John for giving us an opportunity to stay in this super clean house. Everyone in my family was really enjoying the time staying here, especially the kids! John was very helpful and professional, always available when we called and asked for help. I definitely want to stay here again when going to Seattle next time."

"This house was perfect for our multi-family week in Seattle. 6 adults and 3 children were quite comfortable in this gorgeous Magnolia home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a family meal every night, including a gas grill outside. Monica (the manager) responded to all requests and concerns in a timely manner. The views...incredible! The laundry room was well stocked with clean towels, and fresh linens were available. We were worried about the house feeling too "small" for 3 families, but the house is so well situated and spacious, that we could have all lived there forever ;) And that's saying a lot for a person who likes privacy and space!
Some things to consider:
There are loft areas, and some windows don't have screens, so if you have small children this may be a concern.
You will need a car, as Seattle Center is a 10-15 minute drive away in traffic.
You are not really walking distance from anything because Magnolia is hilly (thus the wonderful views).
This house is absolutely worth every cent we paid!"
