"What a wonderful stay. Perfect location for a wedding in Ballard; we walked across the locks to the venue and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The unit is directly on the water with breathtaking views of the shipping traffic and the amazing Bascule-type railway bridge. Gina also has a nice waterfront sitting area that we used for a small get-together while grilling burgers and brats. The unit is freshly updated with new kitchen appliances, tiled bathroom, and even toys and cribs for kiddos. The Locks are a 5 minute walk and Discovery park is 10. Uber was our friend during our stay and our ride to the airport on Sunday only cost $35, about half of a taxi. With one bathroom and 3 females getting ready for the wedding, the men were relegated to the kitchen for shaving and prep (not that 4 bathrooms would have helped the timing much anyway...). Highly recommended and we will aim to stay here again. Thanks, Gina!"

"This was one of the houses my 18 East Coast relatives stayed in while here for my daughter's wedding. She lives in Ballard, the night before wedding beach barbecue was in Ballard, and the wedding was in Ballard so the location was perfect. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, the locks .... The house was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms for privacy and the good-sized open space for hanging out together. We didn't do much food preparation, but found pretty much everything we needed (no vegetable peeler for my mango). There was parking for one vehicle, but if for some reason you have more than one, you might find street parking a little tight. The one issue we had was that the email I received said check-in was at 3 but the electronic lock wasn't set to work with the code we were given until 4. But John answered my phone call right away and was able to get us in immediately - very nice and helpful. I would recommend John to others without hesitation. We had so much fun I might even get my family here again. Love Ballard. Thank you John."

"This house was perfect for our multi-family week in Seattle. 6 adults and 3 children were quite comfortable in this gorgeous Magnolia home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a family meal every night, including a gas grill outside. Monica (the manager) responded to all requests and concerns in a timely manner. The views...incredible! The laundry room was well stocked with clean towels, and fresh linens were available. We were worried about the house feeling too "small" for 3 families, but the house is so well situated and spacious, that we could have all lived there forever ;) And that's saying a lot for a person who likes privacy and space!
Some things to consider:
There are loft areas, and some windows don't have screens, so if you have small children this may be a concern.
You will need a car, as Seattle Center is a 10-15 minute drive away in traffic.
You are not really walking distance from anything because Magnolia is hilly (thus the wonderful views).
This house is absolutely worth every cent we paid!"

"We absolutely loved our stay in this Townhouse. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Especially loved all of the very detailed instructions for the property prior to our stay. The town of Ballard is absolutely charming and the convenience of the location made for easy access to everything....especially the Bus Line."
