"The apartment is beautiful inside, has incredible views, a completely stocked kitchen (basics plus a crockpot, water bottles, ziploc bags, French press and so much more), and comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy; Aaron was very accommodating with early arrival and late departure. The location was perfect for my husband attending a convention at the Washington State Convention Center and for my little boys and I to walk to the most popular Seattle attractions or ride the bus to further out destinations. It was a perfect home away from home for us.
We managed fine (with a 4yr old and infant), but a bit of minor baby proofing and/or discussion of safety rules was necessary as some large decorative items could easily be pulled down/knocked over by curious little ones (and there are obviously stairs). Also, the downstairs bedroom windows open, but do not have screens. They lock though, so we just kept them closed.
Ps Others mentioned it being warm and very sunny. There were plenty of fans, at least 5, which was all we needed to cool down (when we didn't want the doors open). And, there are blinds or curtains in both bedrooms (perhaps a more recent addition)."

"This Queen Anne home offered everything we hoped for and needed for our family gathering over a long, fall weekend. The owners and their friendly and meticulous, property caretaker have overlooked nothing. The home itself is spacious and beautifully arranged. It gave seven adults and a child our own, well-separated spaces as well as inviting living room, kitchen/dining and outdoor spaces to gather as a group. The peaceful neighborhood and views to the bay and mountains from many vantage points creates the atmosphere of a restful retreat. The nearby Queen Anne business district is charming and we spent an afternoon browsing through clothing and gift shops. There are many noteworthy restaurants in the same area. We found the Paragon to offer a nice brunch and excellent service for our large party. For those who want to branch out beyond the immediate area, the numerous attractions of downtown and the Seattle Center, including the Space Needle, or desirable neighborhoods like Fremont, Ballard, South Lake Union and Magnolia are all within 10 minutes by car. The location is also convenient for accessing the professional sports arenas and the University of Washington. It is hard to overemphasize how centrally located this beautiful, neighborhood property is to the best that Seattle offers to visitors. We hope to return again as a family group enjoy this beautifully designed and maintained home."

"This is wonderful place to stay! Quiet and cozy. The on street parking was the only challenge.....but it wasn't really a problem. Great coffee shop and restaurant a block away! I would definitely stay here again."
