  • Wonderful Seattle Weekend

"My wife and I stayed at this extremely nice Queen Anne apartment for our four day Seattle stay. The unit is very well kept up, clean, well furnished and extremely confortable. Reservations were professionally handled and the owner is very gracious and accomodating. The unit is walking distance (albeit with some hills but all good exercise) to Seattle Center with its Chihuly Museum and, Space Needle and theatres. Also walking distance to some great Queen Anne neighborhoods. Since we were on vacation we did not use the top-flight kitchen facilities except for a Sunday breakfast of Eggs Benedict which we enjoyed on the balcony watching the sun rise. But there is everything you would need to prepare any meal of your choosing. We have definitely found a new favorite place to stay in Seattle and will return Thanks Bill for everything!"

  • PERFECT FOR A GIRLFRIENDS GETAWAY!

"This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 5 longtime girlfriends who travel to a different destination location every two years. Seattle was our destination choice for 2014 and we couldn't have made a better lodging choice. We have been renting homes for our "girlfriends getaway" trips for many years and this home was among the nicest we've stayed in. The home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The furnishings are lovely, as is the landscaping. Located in the Queen Anne neighborhood, it offered all of the amenities we were looking for and was in a prime location for the sightseeing in the Seattle area we planned during our stay. It offers views of Puget Sound and is close to downtown and Seattle Center (but far enough away to avoid the hustle & bustle). The home's owner was responsive to all inquiries, very helpful in providing restaurant and sightseeing information, and clearly wanted to insure that we had a top-notch experience. We rented a car and appreciated having a driveway to park in (since on-street parking can be a challenge). It looked like public transportation could be easily accessed, but we didn't try that out. I highly recommend this home!"

  • Delightful Neighborhood

"My wife and I spent a week staying at this apartment. All was in order upon arrival and all worked as it should for our stay. The neighborhood is delightful, beautifully maintained homes, churches and schools. The Queen Anne shopping area was just a nice walk away, all and more than one might be looking for food and shopping wise. The bus route was right on the street fronting the property, easing the access to other parts of the city without the need of driving. It provided a great base for visiting relatives in Edmonds and sight seeing to Anacortes and Roslyn. By the end of the week it felt like home. We had no need to contact the owner during our stay but they were very timely with corresponding prior to and after our stay. A nice get-away."
