"My husband and two adult sons stayed at this beautiful town home for a little family vacation. The town home is beautiful has great views and was very user friendly. We love the Quaint area that it was located in along with restaurants that were in walking distance. it was wonderful having all the comforts of home while away on vacation . We would highly recommend this place to anybody and look forward to returning back to it again in the future."

  • Better than any hotel

"On my next trip to Seattle, this apartment is where I am going to come back to. I was the first in my party to arrive. It was raining out and it was a couple hours before the official check in. I called Bill, the owner, from the front door and he graciously allowed me access. He showed me around, brought in plush bath robes and then politely disappeared. The apartment was absolutely spotless and there was nothing in it that could be called "builder's grade," from the marble entrance to the beautiful hardwood living room with interesting art work. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and was a pleasure to cook in with its professional DCS stove and hand made cabinets. One of the main selling points for us was the huge garden patio which was like having your own private park to relax in. The owner also emailed us a list of restaurants and coffee houses around the neighborhood. You can see Lake Union from the windows and Mt Rainier when it's nice out, all from the living room. Just down the hill is a coffee house called Citizen, and a bit further down was a gourmet grocery store called QFC. Up the Hill, over on Queen Ann Street is about three blocks of shops, restaurants and even more coffee houses including a wonderful restaurant called "How To Cook A Wolf." The only drawback, and I say this to illustrate how great this place was, is Bill's coffee cups only hold 4 ounces and his printer/fax/scanner doesn't have Windows 8 drivers. So in total, the place is spectacular. I will never stay in a hotel again."

"I am extremely particular about accommodation away from home and Holly's house did not disappoint. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good repair. We walked to the Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, restaurants, grocery stores, i.e. great location. The house is well equipped in regard to kitchen supplies, just like home. The linens and towels are all high quality. Holly promptly replied to all inquiries from first to last contact. I highly recommend this lovely vacation home to all and look forward to a return visit. Did I mention the views? SPECTACULAR! It is obvious that Holly takes great pride in and care of this lovely property."
