  • Great views in an ideal location!

"We had a great week in this perfectly appointed Queen Anne house! It's minutes to downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market and the main hub of Queen Anne. The unobstructed views of Puget Sound were just mesmerizing and made it hard to leave the house! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and there's plenty of street parking. We are in Seattle often and can't wait to book the house again! Thanks, Nancie, for being so accommodating with our last minute request! You were great to work with!"

  • Fantastic! Can we just stay here forever?

"Our daughter graduated from Seattle University and my Southern California based multi-generational family included her graduation with a Pacific Northwest vacation. From toddlers to great-grandparents, words cannot express how much we all loved this beautiful home. You might think it would not live up to the website photos, but they do not actually show how gorgeous this house is. We hired a personal chef ( to prepare our celebration luncheon after the commencement at Key Arena. The 'state of the art' kitchen was perfect for his preperation and presentation of our delicious meal using fresh, sustainable seafood of the region, complete with a gorg view of Elliot Bay! Both the owner and the house manager could not have been nicer and more accomodating. We took lots of pictures as this will go down as a very special time for our family. Thank you for sharing your home and encouraging us to 'eat, drink and be merry'. We did!"

  • Perfect in Seattle

"What a delightful apartment to spend time in while visiting Seattle! Linda, the owner, has written a very accurate description of the flat and its charms. During our four week stay, she was very accommodating and responsive, and never intrusive. Everything worked well, from the entertainment center and wifi to the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures. The place was clean and the freshly painted walls and attractive decorations were most appreciated. Bus connections, especially with a monthly Metro card, were easy. The bed, deck and view were divine. Highly recommended."

  • Hard to beat! A wonderful home away from home!

"My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay at this wonderful Queen Anne townhouse. It is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, and every other positive adjective that you could think of! The view, which can be seen from the master bedroom as well as the deck, gives just that touch of being near the water and the mountains to keep a nature lover like me happy in the city. There are many wonderful parks nearby, and plenty of tree lined streets to take walks on. However, if the city life is what you’re in town for, the location is so close to the heart of Queen Anne that a short walk will get you to some of the activity that makes Seattle special. We were visiting our son so we did not need a car, and he found street parking near the townhouse to be readily available. On a few occasions we used taxis to get around and they had no trouble finding the house (as it is a bit hidden we were afraid they might), and got us to other parts of the city quite quickly. We highly recommend this townhouse, and particularly recommend Janice as a wonderful person to rent from. I am sure that, as she did with us, she will go out of her way to take care of your every need, and help you in any way she can."
