  • Queen Anne Home

"Could not be in a better location. Easy to walk to Queen Anne Hill and to the City Center. The house is well-maintained and was clean. It does show better in the pictures than in real life. All household amenities were in working order. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our entire family (6 total). Owner leaves recommendations for restaurants which are worth the time to follow, How to Cook a Wolf was amazing. Union Lake is easily walkable, and Green Lake and Ballard are accessible with very short drives. Only flaw, and it is minor, but for the amount of money charged having hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms and toilet paper would be a welcome addition."

  • Beautiful and well-maintained home away from home

"I have rented many homes from VRBO, but this home is my favorite. The house is well-stocked with all essentials. I am also quite particular about cleanliness and this house was very clean. There is a great basement level for children. The location is excellent! Just be warned that Queen Anne is very hilly, so if you are headed towards the Space Needle, you'll have to walk uphill on the way home. Or if you head to the top of Queen Anne, the walk up is fairly steep. No problem for our family, but the topography is hilly. The views from the home were also quite nice. Overall, I love this home, and hope to return again the next time we visit Seattle."

  • Perfect base camp to explore Seattle

"The previous reviewers covered it all. I highly recommend this property for a couple or small family. This was a lovely way to stay in Seattle, close to all the fun downtown attractions but not have to deal with traffic and crowds. The Queen Anne neighborhood is very relaxed and full of excellent restaurants, shops and markets. I hope to make this our regular Seattle "home away from home"."

  • Convenient and comfortable

"This apartment was perfectly located for a weekend in Seattle, close enough to walk downhill to the Space Needle and in a lovely residential neighborhood with varied architectural styles. We tried some of the restaurants recommended by the owner and were very pleased. The bus is across the street and handy when our legs tired from walking the hills. The owner is very gracious and helpful, justifiably proud of the well-appointed and pristine apartment."
