  • BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR MY FAMILY STAY

"My husband and two adult sons stayed at this beautiful town home for a little family vacation. The town home is beautiful has great views and was very user friendly. We love the Quaint area that it was located in along with restaurants that were in walking distance. it was wonderful having all the comforts of home while away on vacation . We would highly recommend this place to anybody and look forward to returning back to it again in the future."

  • Great views in an ideal location!

"We had a great week in this perfectly appointed Queen Anne house! It's minutes to downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market and the main hub of Queen Anne. The unobstructed views of Puget Sound were just mesmerizing and made it hard to leave the house! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and there's plenty of street parking. We are in Seattle often and can't wait to book the house again! Thanks, Nancie, for being so accommodating with our last minute request! You were great to work with!"

"Would we stay there again? Absolutely! The location is fantastic just above the crummy part of lower Queen Anne and just below the ritzy part where the hills get pretty steep for walking. I had just gotten out of a cast so I was not walking all that much but it was no problem getting to Seattle Center, a great market and plenty of restaurants. A park two blocks over and up the hill a couple of blocks afforded a view that amazed. Giuseppe was delightful and helpful as much as he could be far away. The home was very comfortable with good gathering space--we had 10 for dinner one night--no sweat. The kitchen had plenty of equipment--not much of a blender, which was fine, but NO SARAN WRAP OR FOIL, which was kind of maddening, because for two nights we didn't think to buy or bring any and I can't believe a previous guest did not leave any, but there were a lot of empty drawers. For the price, I think this should have been provided. Especially since we had to pay the minimum of 3 nights when we only stayed for two. Beds were all comfortable, as was all of the furniture. Place was very clean. There was also great outdoor space, but being winter we didn't use it. Cons- Because it was winter it would have been lovely to use the gas fireplace which was a focal point of the living room. But we could not get it to work and the owner could not instruct us. There weren't any written instructions for some things like the fireplace, the washer, the jetted tub, the TV surround sound, but we figured it all out. I could imagine, however, some people being frustrated by this. You need to be well-versed in modern equipment. If chipping tile and grout and holes in the wall from unfinished projects would bother you be-ware! This wasn't from overuse or being worn out, just not well-done or finished, but it didn't bother us in the least. Examples--the dining light fixture didn't work so there was a fluorescent bar tacked cock-eyed above the windows, where the curtains hung disheveled because they didn't really fit on the rod and an extension cord hung down so that light could be plugged into the wall. Stuff like that which was more like a college rental than a lovely vacation home. Again, it was a little frustrating, but the things that are most important were good. What did bother us is: The third bedroom with 2 twins (that could be put together for a king) had no bedside table or reading lamps. There were no hooks in the bathroom to ha"
