  • Great place.

"We came down for our annual Seahawks trip and this place was perfect. Close to a ton of great restaurants, Pike Place and a 20 minute walk to the stadiums. The hosts were great with communication and made the check in really easy. Definitely coming back."

  • Comfy Cottage!

"My family and I and I had a great time that this home. As soon as we got there, it was like being at home. My son enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the resident squirrel. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to the local shops and restaurants and Seattle was close, too. We would definitely come back again!"

  • Great place, great owner

"Stayed here with a group of 12 including six kids and it was perfect across the board. Beautiful place with nice outdoor spaces, quiet bedrooms, really nice open plan layout -- everything about the place was great. And Trung was helpful and a pleasure to work with throughout"

  • Good for Business Trip Stay

"The studio is quaint and cozy, very clean, and the kitchen is more well-stocked than my home kitchen. They even have a food processor I think if you are a cook. It's a four minute walk to Trader Joe's and the neighborhood in general can't be beat. It's a residential street but it's right near Union and Madison and a five minute walk to great restaurants like Barrio, Spinasse and the vegan reataurant next door, Cafe Presse, and Skillet Diner all very good. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Pike Place market, but we used a lot of Uber and Lyft an it was only like a $8 ride back from the market. I also took Uber to my business training everyday which was in Beacon Hill near Little Saigon and that was only about a $7 ride. My boyfriend visited in the weekend and had no problem with the height of the apartment. He is about 5'10". Wifi works great. Check in check out was very easy as you don't have to meet anyone at a certain time. The cab from the airport was $50 but on the way back I used Uber and it was only $30. There was some noise coming from upstairs and sounded like some kids playing in the backyard on the weekend that was a little loud, but for the price and location of this place, I thought it was worth it. I stayed a week and got the weekly rate which came out to be around $60 a night which I thought was a steal, about half of what other people in y training were paying, so I think there's a lot of value."
