Beautiful views, quaint cottage and wonderful hospitality!
"Penny is a wonderful host. She was attentive to anything we needed, restocks breakfast food daily and even will tidy up the cottage when we were out. We enjoyed a couple of dinners on the patio, had a gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound and used the hot tub daily. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is comfortable and clean and the lawn spacious. We had 10 family members staying there and hosted a rehearsal picnic for 40 on the lawn before our son's wedding. The description says the house can sleep 25 and that may be true, but with only three toilets and two showers, that would be problematic. Also, the house is on a septic system and a larger group might encounter problems. There is no AC which is common in the Seattle area and we were there during a heat wave. Fans were provided and with windows open and many trees, we were able to sleep well.
Some members of our family toured Seattle and/or Vancouver before the wedding. A Safeway is about ten minutes away and that is where we got our groceries and deli dinners."

"We had a group of 11 adults at the Villa for a week vacation in Seattle. The house is beautiful, but more important, feels like a home. Staying at the Villa was such a relaxing place after all our tourist stops. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake was the highlight of most of our evenings. Cheryl was great to work with and so helpful with my pre-trip questions."

"We stayed eight days at the Salish house in late Sept. and early Oct. I can't say enough good things about this home! It's on a tidal creek that offers close-up views of seals, otters, birds, deer, and sometimes salmon. Just being there was enough vacation for me but there were so many great places to visit in Tacoma and Seattle we had to be out of the house way too much. This house was the best part of our trip."
