  • Peaceful Hideaway

"My husband and I stayed at Three Tree Point for a little R&R. The perfectly clean bed and breakfast was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable king bed. The gas fireplace was welcome in the chilly evenings. It is very quiet, has a beautiful view of the puget sound, and is an easy and quick drive into Seattle. Penny was delightful and helpful. We will stay here again!"

  • Comfortable home

"Our week long stay was wonderful. The home was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed being able to do our own cooking in the spacious kitchen, room enough for multiple cooks. Walks to near by parks and local resturants and shops was great too. Convienent access to bus or driving most anywhere. Thanks for sharing your home Roberta."

  • A great family home with an amazing view!

"The Marrs Family enjoyed this beautiful home with the million dollar view of Lake Washington for Thanksgiving week 2014. The amazing kitchen was used everyday and the table with seating for 10 made it perfect. Our ten year old grandson was worried there would not be enough table seating for our Thanksgiving dinner. On his arrival he said "Can we book this for next year too!" The living area being opened to the kitchen gave us great family times. The fire place was used often. The recliners were an asset. One TV meant we had to challenge for times. So one night the girls got it for chick flicks the guys the next day for football. All ages enjoyed the pool table. The laundry area was a blessing. Gary meet us at the home and gave us the grand tour. He was so nice and we enjoyed his friendliness. We had sunshine, rain, snow, ice and a cloudy day. Just what the part of the family from the CA desert had ordered. The house was as the listing description had presented it. Yes, we would rent again. Thank you, we had a blast!"

  • Excellent spacious and well equipped house

"We just returned from a visit to Seattle area, staying 5 nights in that house. We were a small group for the size of the house - 2 families of 4, and hosted occasionally other friends that came over, with ease. The house itself is spacious and with everything you need. The kitchen has everything, and lots of room to work, so great for cooking for the whole gang. The yard is HUGE, and the hot tub is big and was great to have. The hiking trail from the back yard to the river is a big plus - we didn't get very far through it, since the trail had lots of fallen branches this time of year, and we had small children along.... I can only imagine in the summer that is even more fun to have. Endless supply of towels, linens, blankets, and even additional air mattresses it seems. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, which was another plus. The location, Renton, is reasonably close for seeing many of the area's attraction. Though downtown Seattle is about 30-40 mins drive, with light traffic, it could be worse as traffic does get heavy. Driving up to the mountains though was a much smoother ride. We hugely enjoyed the area, and the house itself. Will certainly consider renting it again, hopefully in a warmer season..."
