  • Peaceful Hideaway

"My husband and I stayed at Three Tree Point for a little R&R. The perfectly clean bed and breakfast was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable king bed. The gas fireplace was welcome in the chilly evenings. It is very quiet, has a beautiful view of the puget sound, and is an easy and quick drive into Seattle. Penny was delightful and helpful. We will stay here again!"

  • Beautiful, spacious home!

"My family, as well as 3 other families, stayed here for just under a week. We had 7 adults and 6 kids here, and never once felt cramped! The home was spacious, and had an AMAZING yard, plus a rope swing. The kids had such a great time! It was in a great location, close to the airport and Seattle, but just outside enough that it was quiet and relaxing (even with 6 kids...again, very large yard and rope swing!). There was a hot tub, which was perfect since the husbands all ran the Tough Mudder. The owner was very accommodating and helpful when making arrangements to stay. We're hoping to stay here again on any future trips to Seattle. My one major piece of advice: make sure you have the exact address and correct city entered into your GPS, as there are very similar addresses in the area and in neighboring cities, and pay close attention to the addresses on the driveways if you're checking in at night, as it's a little hidden when it's dark out."

  • Lovely view, beautiful flowers, nice place away from home

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I visited in late September with our 3-year-old son and his grandmother for a nice mini-vacation to explore nearby Seattle. We appreciated the lovely lake view, beautiful flowers, warm and friendly hosts (Kathy and Todd), and all the conveniences of home—full-service kitchen, cable TV and wi-fi. This place is close to restaurants and businesses (great variety within 3 miles) if you want to dine out; only 21 miles from downtown Seattle, and quiet at nights. You would find this a good place to relax in after sightseeing from Seattle or nearby cities instead of staying in noisy hotel rooms at night. Kathy and Todd were like friends whom we have known for years—warm, friendly, and accommodating. If you enjoy grilling/BBQ like my husband, there is a grill you can use. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen and enjoy nice meals al fresco--out in the deck to enjoy fresh air and lovely views with your family."

  • Enjoy Nature

"Thank you, Clair, for providing such a beautiful home for our enjoyment. The peace and tranquility of sitting on the back porch while watching bald eagles soar, hawks play, crows caw, and hummingbirds wink at me was priceless. There is a certain harmony to nature when the tides ebb and flow from the Sound. The home itself is comfortable and relaxing with every amenity necessary for a casual, but fulfilling stay. I happen to have the exact same rug in my bedroom, so I felt right at home. I highly recommend it for couples and families (as long as the kids don't need total privacy in their own rooms). We loved walking around Gig Harbor, and we took a day trip to Mt. Raineer that was incredible. Never thought we'd be hiking in snow in June. Your description of your home is spot on and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the comfort and true sounds of nature."
