"This house is located in a very convenient spot, short distance to University village and short drive to downtown Seattle in 15 minutes. Parking was convenient, too. The owner is very friendly and responded every question clearly and quickly. The amenity is amazing, they have everything from cookware to seasonings. It's a pity that we didn't have time to cook there. My parents and I had a great time staying at this lovely house. Oh and of course, the view overlooking U village is beautiful!"

"Nice little house. Very clean. In a pretty location with nearby walks & hikes. Accommodated 4 guests comfortably. The fire was a welcome addition since the weather was dreary. Good quiet neighborhood. The many instructions were a little over the top. But overall much more sociable than a hotel room."

"I stayed in this cozy studio for two months this summer (2015). It is small but had everything I needed for my stay. I prepared most of my meals in the small, but well appointed kitchenette. With a microwave, a toaster oven and a great single cooking gizmo for boiling water or frying eggs, the only thing I couldn't prepare would be a large turkey. I would have to make that in the new large gas barbecue grill provided on the large patio.
The bathroom was clean and comfortable with a large stall shower and plenty of storage for my "stuff". The queen bed was very comfortable. With wifi and a TV, I had all the entertainment I needed.
An addition to the cottage was constructed while I was there (with my blessing). This provides a separate space if two people are occupying the space.
The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. It is convenient to UW, restaurants, shopping and the bus to downtown. I had a car for my stay, but the bus is two short blocks away.
I am a spunky Senior and I recommend the location very highly. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Best of all was the clear view of Mt. Rainer from the patio."

"We had a family wedding at the Burke Museum and were happy to find a good home so close to the venue. Walking into the place is like going to a museum...there is art everywhere. The living room had comfortable seating for our friends who stopped by to visit. The kitchen had a breakfast nook where we sat with our coffee...made from the cappuccino machine! And the upstairs bedroom was like an entire other apartment with a luxurious bath tub. Again, art on the walls, the curtains, the bathtub. It was cold, so we didn't get to use the outside porch, but we could appreciate how well done that area was, and again, the art with garden sculptures. The owners were friendly, helpful, and provided a book full of information."
