Great location! Amazing home!
"We had a wonderful stay at this Alki beach home. We had a lot of family in town for a wedding and this house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The kitchen and backyard grill worked out perfectly for cooking meals at home and the basement arcade games were a hit with the kids."

"My family (myself, wife, and our 2yr old) and I are wrapping up a 3 month stay at the Urban Oasis and we could not be more pleased with our experience. We recently moved back to the Seattle area and needed a temporary place to stay until our new apartment became available. We are so happy to have found this place. The location is perfect. Just a short drive (maybe 5mins; or $10-15 cab ride) to downtown Seattle but also close to other area attractions like Alki Beach (a must in the spring and summer) and hip California Ave in West Seattle with plenty of great restaurants, bars, markets, and shopping. Or, take a quick ferry ride to Vashon Island for a little more nature. The airport is also an easy 15 min ride away and avoids all the downtown traffic. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has felt like a true home during our stay. The garden surrounding the beautifully restored craftsmen is in full bloom and is quite a site (kudos Jim). The neighborhood offers quiet streets for walking with some stunning views of the Seattle skyline. The owners, Jim and Ellen, are wonderful hosts (and people) and make themselves readily available for anything you may need. Bottom line, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We would (and will) recommend the Urban Oasis to anyone coming to stay Seattle. We would also recommend it to any locals needing some temporary digs. Thank you Jim and Ellen!"

"We had a long weekend at this beautiful bungalow. It was so comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We only wished that we had more time to stay. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was nice to be close to the city, but still have the quiet. The owners made us feel welcome and made sure we had whatever we needed. We would go back and stay again and would recommend this lovely bungalow for your stay."

"My wife and our two small children, 3 years and 3 months, had an outstanding stay. The unit is clean, updated, and actually quite spacious. The living room is separate from the TV/media room but we didn't turn the TV on once in 4 days as the view from the living room and patio is better than anything on the tele. It is definitely right on the water and the beach was a great place for all to explore at low tide, and the waves are soothing at high tide. Mt. Rainier and Olympics were clearly visible every day. The condo is very quiet and there are lots of restaurants/coffee/gelato within easy walking distance. We didn't get around to renting paddle boards or kayaks but we will next time as the access is unbeatable, and Alki Beach Ave is great for running or walking. This will be our go to condo for every trip to Seattle in the future!"
