"The house was amazing!! We had 7 adults and 2 kids, it was the perfect house for us!!! We came to Seattle for my brothers wedding, the house made the perfect place to meet up with everyone. Neighbors are very nice also!!!"Guest: Tyler Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 17, 2014View listing
"We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It's clean, has a pleasant patio (with grill and chairs) and yard, and - best of all - the owners are responsive and accommodating. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, and the other rooms are comfortable and attractively furnished. It was an ideal home for a week, and we hope to return to it for another Seattle visit. There are restaurants and food-shopping within a few blocks. Walking and buses took us wherever we needed to go."Guest: S&S Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 21, 2014View listing
"This is the second time I have booked this Townhouse. I love it. It is always clean and has plenty of towels and dishes for entertaining. It accommodates my party of 6 comfortably and even has an extra futon if needed for a couple of extras. We had a great day in the city after taking the water taxi to downtown Seattle and Pike Place market. It was great not having the expense or hassle of trying to find parking and the shuttle to the water taxi is only a block away. Its so nice having places to go within walking distance from the TH such as the Irish Pub on the corner and Talarico's Italian restaurant and lounge. Awesome happy hour at Talarico's!"Guest: repeat renter Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 28, 2014View listing
"We had a fabulous girls weekend at this great home. Lovely, well maintained, clean home with fabulous views. We spent houts watching the birds, sea lions and ships go through the locks on the porch. Only issue was the noisy trains that do run all night long, but we would still come back to this great location."Guest: J Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 13, 2014View listing
Seattle Travel Tips
Best Time of Year to Visit Seattle Vacation Rentals
Seattle is known for its high amount of rainfall. In fact, statistically it rains at least half of the time. The heaviest rains occur during the months of October and December, and between January and May. The summer months of June through August are the driest and also have the warmest daytime temperatures. For obvious reasons, this is the most popular time of year for people to visit Seattle. Even though the city experiences a lot of rainfall, the climate is relatively mild compared to other North American cities on the same latitude. Although the winter months are cold, snow occurs only occasionally and usually does not last for more than a day or two. For visitors, it is advisable to always have a rain jacket with you as the weather is very changeable.
