  • Perfect for our family of 5

"What a great place to spend a long weekend in Seattle. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so nice to see the extra-special touches like: plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dishwashing soap, salt, sugar, coffee filters and even some coffee! The neighborhood is fantastic with many cool shops, restaurants, and a great bakery. Parking was easy on the street and we were very close to downtown. We would most definitely stay here again."

  • Amazing location and gorgeous condo

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. The location can't be beat - both the waterfront (i.e the Aquarium, Miner's Landing, Ferris wheel, etc.) and Pike Place Market are minutes away by foot. Earlier reviews mentioned the noise from the Alaska Way viaduct - and yes, you can hear the traffic but bear in mind you are right in the middle of a big city. If proximity to the action is more important to you than peaceful seclusion, this is the place to stay. (And I only really noticed the traffic if the patio door was open). The furnishings, the appliances, the kitchen equipment and especially the master bed are all top notch. The decor is tasteful and the natural brick makes you feel like you are in a cool, vintage Seattle building (even though the condo is new with all the mod cons). And everything is immaculate. You can pick up fantastic, fresh food at the market and cook a gourmet meal - accompanied by the bottle of wine the owner generously provides. Or you can try one of the amazing restaurants recommended by the owner - every suggestion we tried was superb. There are so many places to eat nearby that it really helped to get some guidance. The parking spot is quite tight so don't even think of getting your Honda Odyssey in there (we parked a smaller SUV but it took some careful manoeuvring.) . Check with the owner in advance and let her know what you're driving to confirm if you'll fit. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating about everything. We'll definitely return next time we visit Seattle!"

  • Charming

"Charming apartment on the first floor of a house in a lovely part of Capitol Hill. Everything about this stay was perfect. This was our first time using VRBO and I hope future stays are this nice. The owner, Julia, was so accommodating when my travel plans changed. The apartment was a welcome change from the usual hotel room. It was stocked with maps and everything else we needed to feel right at home with a terrific garden and mountain view. We were very happy."

  • Couldn't have asked for anything more

"This place was wonderful! Every thing we could have possibly needed was there. The place was so nicely decorated. It was really comfortable to stay there. I loved the location! It's such a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood and close to so much. We walked to Luna Cafe, Trader Joes, and the water taxi. My husband was able to go on some really nice runs while we were there, right from the house--once he ran to Lincoln Park and that area, the other time he followed Alki Trail and ran along the beach. We loved how close the free shuttle to the water taxi was. We took the shuttle a couple of times, but we also walked to the water taxi and it wasn't bad at all. We would definitely stay there again!"
