  • Relaxing Atmosphere with a Fantastic View of Lake Washington

"The house is wonderful, the art is fantastic, the kitchen is very well equipped. As we love to get up and have breakfast and travel all day and come home at night for a late supper, this fit our needs perfectly. Cocktails on the deck overlooking the lake, dinner and than Home Made Ice Cream for Desert with cafe Latte' thank you Doug and Terrell. PS don't miss Snoqualmie Falls and The Japanese Gardens in Washington Park."

  • Incredible place!

"We absolutely love this home. It is comfortable with beautiful furnishings and is very CLEAN. Beds are as good as a luxury hotel and all furniture look like new. The location could not be beat, right on the water in Madison Park. We loved the beautiful views and swimming off the dock. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants and local stores. Our favorites are Belle Epicurian, Cactus and Madison Park Bakery. We will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it."

  • Great home, great location, great owners!

"This is a great house and accommodated our group of 8 very nicely. Andrew and Sarah are great hosts. Their home is very comfortable. It was great to have a full service kitchen, back porch for morning coffee, four bedrooms, and computer and printer to print boarding passes. It had everything we needed and then some. Parking in the driveway is tight, but it was great to have parking. The only thing that we all agreed upon was that the recycling was a hassle. We come from a place where we have single stream recycling so we found most of our stress came from trying to figure out where each item was supposed to go. Sarah stated they could be fined if anything recycled went into the trash so we had that stress hanging over us all week. The recycling drove us a little crazy, but we survived! I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Seattle area. It's within walking distance to University Village and a park so the location was great. A drive to downtown was 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. If you stay here, take exit 170 off the I5 North, not 168 as the GPS and directions will tell you. Exit 168 gets backed up often, but Exit 170 never had an issue. It was much faster and didn't have the traffic. If I'm ever in the Seattle Area again, this will be the house I choose to rent."

  • Perfect for our family of 5

"What a great place to spend a long weekend in Seattle. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so nice to see the extra-special touches like: plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dishwashing soap, salt, sugar, coffee filters and even some coffee! The neighborhood is fantastic with many cool shops, restaurants, and a great bakery. Parking was easy on the street and we were very close to downtown. We would most definitely stay here again."
