"We already booked our stay for summer 2016! For the past 2 summers our family of five has stayed at the Morgan Park guest house. The owners of Morgan Park, Jerry and Mary Jo are meticulous in the care of the their property from the guest house to the landscaping and beach front. This CLEAN, cozy cabin is stocked with all the essentials, so there is really no need to bring much besides suits, sunscreen, beach towels and food for the week. This makes trip preparation with kids super simple. I know most parents can appreciate easy trip prep! The beds are clean and cozy (the kids love the bunk bed) and the kitchen is open and spacious.
One of the things I love is that even though this cabin does not sit on the lake front, I am able to see down to the beach and dock from the huge window in the kitchen. It makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids as the go to and from the beach.
Loon Lake is beautiful, Jerry and Mary Jo are lovely and we hope to continue to make great summer memories at Morgan Park!"

"This house was worth it!
The owners were exceptional to deal with - so quick to reply to questions and so friendly and accommodating. We have done VEBOs before, and no owners have been so thoughtful. We felt old like family friends at every step.
The home had much charm and individuality, and a lot of regular household items were thoughtfully provided.
The dock was amazing, though it was a little shallow. We simply lifted our outdrive slightly to not intake the muck. The actual bottom was plenty deep enough, but there was several feet of sediment; true of a good portion of the lake.
If you have children, bring a baby gate! The steps to the basement/master were a little treacherous, and the railing bars were a little wide for our 3 one-year-olds. We effectively blocked off the entire section with the sofa and a stool, though.
While this home could, in theory, sleep 12, really only 6 adults were comfortable. The other 6 are on sleeper sofas and a futon in the living room - perfectly fine if you don't mind sleeping in the common area.
The lake itself was awesome. Warm and shallow for half, deep and perfect other half. And at least the September week we were there, we had the entirety of it to ourselves.
We played lawn games in the lush yard, and hand-fed fish off the dock. We sunbathed on the sliver-free dock, and swam in the warm water. A wonderful week, and a perfect home to enjoy this great location."

"The place has the best view ever the covered deck is awesome! Everything you need is there. The only problem is the beach very difficult to get to the water as it is really low this time of year not a problem really if your boating but if your trying to enjoy some swim time not the ideal spot...doable yes but difficult. The sand drops abruptly 4 to 5 ft about 4 times down to the water this time of year. Overall really comfortable beautiful inexpensive place to chill :)"

"This property was just so beautiful and peaceful. Very relaxing. It was true to the pictures and was very clean. They thought of everything that you could possibly need. The owners respected your privacy as well. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
