  • Lake House at Lake Roosevelt

"The lake house was wonderful. The view at the back of the house is gorgeous. My family and I would sit out in back for dinner and enjoy the view and fireworks from a distance on 4th of July. It was very relaxing. We would love to go there again. We also saw deer and a rabbit."

  • Multiple family getaway!

"This property certainly met our needs as we had multiple families staying at the cabin and a few just came to visit for the day. The home has all the comforts of home and is well equipped with most kitchen appliances. We certainly needed two refrigerators with the number of people in our party and this home had two that were both full-sized. The owners left a dingy and a pontoon trampoline anchored off the private beach which our college aged family members loved. Because of the excessive heat in the area, during the time of our stay, we had no air conditioners in the home. The owners did have ceiling fans in the upper bedrooms and portable, smaller fans for our use in most rooms. We spent a lot of time at the private beach, as it was at least 10-15 degrees cooler than the home during the day. This home had an expansive deck overlooking the Columbia River and was equipped with a gas grill, picnic table, hot tub, and separate patio table and multiple chairs that were awesome for lounging in as we star gazed each evening. If you love to star gaze this is an awesome location, as there is NO light pollution to inhibit the spectacular sight of a falling star and watching multiple satellites run their course up above us."

"Awesome view of the lake in a very tranquil setting. this house in in a quiet neighborhood, once your in the house and out on the back deck it is very private. There is not a single negative thing to be said about the home or the owners. Penny made us feel right at home and so was incredibly helpful with all my questions! Just love her and their home!"

Bird watchers love Fiddle Creek's many bird varieties including warblers, goldfinches, sparrows, finches, quail, waxwings, wrens, chickadees, siskins, juncos, and more. Cassimer Bar Wildlife Area, Osborn Bay, Northrup Canyon, and North Dam Park are other favorite bird watching spots. In the winter, try snowmobiling. For golf, try Banks Lake Golf Club in the nearby town of Electric City. Twin Rivers Casino in the area offers gambling for those who like to roll the dice.
