"Our family of 5 adults and a preschooler enjoyed our visit to the Seashell Cottage and it met all our needs for the 4 day stay. It was clean, quiet, comfy, had a fun seashell décor and the fenced front and back area were a great addition spaces. The large front deck was really a great space for relaxing and socializing, giving the preschooler more space and provided a quiet day and evening place. It was an easy walk to the Birch Bay beach area and easy access to the freeway. We spent a lot of time at the state park during our stay as it has a wonderful crabby and rock beach. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, the dining area was big enough for all of us and the children’s toys were a hit. Aly was very easy to work with and I enjoyed talking to her before our trip and she even called to see how we were doing during our stay."

"Our favorite couple and ourselves spent a wonderful long weekend at this property earlier this month. We had a GREAT time ! The house is beautiful, secluded, quiet and extremely comfortable. I'm lucky enough to be friends with the owner, so that personal connection was very helpful. Yet, even without that connection, the guide book on the dining room table explains all the features, as well as the dos and donts. Kitchen is well appointed and the photos, while accurate, don't do the place justice ! Highly recommend this property and this location. Thanks very much, Sue and Jim"

"My friend and I spent a week at the Sunrise Cliff House. We were so tired when we first got there, and the first couple of days were so relaxing and rejuvenating. We had a bonfire and had s'mores one day. Once we were rested, our days were filled with activities - farmers market, shopping, hiking the many trails that Matt told us about. (We loved the trail along the cliffs above the ocean!) The locals are very friendly and waved as they passed us. We couldn't believe how much there was to do on a 29.5 square mile island! We had such a good time we are already planning a 10 night stay next year, so we will have time for inter-island travel."

"The cabin worked for us. We were in Maple Falls to attend family reunion at Sliver Lake so we didn't spend that much time at the cabin just for sleeping. We had some of the highest temps of the summer so far and the cabin stay cooler than I thought it would. The bed in the down stairs bedroom was comfortable and quiet. We travel with a box fan to help keep cool and to block out noise so that helps."
