"The house is comfortable, very clean, with nice decor. The kitchen is a nice size and well stocked with everything you would need. The living room has lots of seating with big windows to enjoy the view. The master bedroom is HUGE, with a door to the deck and a jetted tub in the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a TV for gaming and plenty of board games to play in the closet. There's also a stock of movies or books to relax and enjoy. The view from the deck is stunning. We watched the ferries, boats and seaplanes from the comfort of a lounge chair. The house is secluded in a forest setting so don't forget to bring carrots and apples for the deer! Our dog Sneaker enjoyed the fenced in portion of the deck. It was nice to have a place for her to play without worrying. The are many places not far from the home that are must sees, so bring your energy. The town of East Sound is not far and has lots of littles shops to visit. The owner Rick, is wonderful to work with and does everything in his power to make sure you enjoy your stay. I can honestly say I did not want to leave this paradise. We would definitely return."

"Huckleberry House was the perfect place for our family of four to relax between a busy summer and the start of school. We walked to Olga Cafe and the Waterfront. When it rained, the house was a cozy place to play games and read. The kitchen and dining room table let us feed ourselves a couple times a day (and the laundry facilities helped out too!) We loved the architecture and the woodsy setting too ... We'll definitely be back!"

"This cabin was just as described. We had two couples and a family of four. Everyone was comfortable. The common area has a great water view and plenty of room. There is a big grassy area outside. Good idea to arrive in daylight to find it the first time."
