"This place is a spectacular place to stay. The house is comfy, cute, and equipped with all the things from home. The owner provided us with a fresh dozen of eggs from the chickens and other great amenities. Our son celebrated his birthday at the farm, and he enjoyed all the animals. Terry gave us an impromptu hayride and mesmerized us and our friends kids. We can't wait to come back for another visit and see the animals and go hiking nearby."

"My girlfriend and I had a good girlfriend getaway, and to help my friend with her grand opening. The house is in a good location, perfectly set up (we loved the 4 chairs & ottomans) that give you a view of the lake. And the beds were comfortable and fluffy. We were happily surprised to find all the necessary kitchen items (along with some extra oils, salt & pepper, etc.) as well as bathroom items. It felt like a little hotel stay. Thank you for that!
The best part of our stay was the cute little deers that played in the yard and one actually slept under the tree during the day!"

"My kids and I took our bikes over to Shaw on the ferry. Terry gave us a map of the island and marked out some great places for my young sons to encounter nature. It was fantastic and passenger bike trips inter island are free with your westbound ticket. Everyone was very kind and the island feels very remote. But you can catch a ferry over to orcas for dinner if you don't feel like cooking. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed, but we spent most of our time biking around the island;) I can't wait to go back!"

"We fell in love with the property on sight. The deck afforded us the most amazing views and the wildlife, OMG!! Whales morning, noon and night every day the first week and almost daily the second week, they were probably there but we couldn't find them because of low cloud cover. There was a harbor seal on the rocks just below the deck, a resident Eagle that devoured his morning catch of rock cod each morning and so much more. The entire island is a paradise. Karen and Norman were exceptional hosts. We hated leaving!"
