"Eastsound Suites was a luxury for my family from the location and views to the cleanliness and feel of a spa.
I couldn't have found a better place for my family of four to stay. It was such an easy drive to Moran State Park for our daily excursions. The town of Eastsound is a quaint town and we couldn't have felt safer. Loved the food coop being so close by. Loved being able to pick and choose a new place almost every morning to go get a cup of coffee. Will recommend it to others for sure."

"This house was perfect for our family with two small kids. It was very clean and well taken care of, the area was very quiet, and the short walk down to the Marina was fun and useful. Our whole family loved staying there. We appreciated the games and movies that were there! Tom was very clear in his directions and communications."

"What a beautiful place to celebrate my 57th birthday. We sold our house on Orcas about 17 years ago, so I knew that this house was in a perfect location: close to Eastsound (the town), close to the ferry, close to the golf course, and close to West Sound. The house is as pictured, but lives even better; quality construction and smart design. The layout of the house is wonderful for two couples. They had their end of the house, with a bath and bedroom. We had our end of the house (closes off with a big sliding door) with large bedroom, separate master closet, laundry, and bathroom. The master bath has two sinks and a separate toilet/shower area.
The kitchen and main living area are connected. The view out the bank of sliding doors that run the length of the living room is spectacular. You can see Eastsound across the bay. The house stayed cool as it faces northeast and it wasn't a terribly hot week; and we opened many windows and the sliding doors to let the fresh air in.
The patio is private and quiet. You can hear the water below. The kitchen is set up for cooks; but we ate dinner out while we were on island. West Sound Cafe provided a beautiful setting and wonderful food. The same for Inn at Ship Bay. Rose's was perfect for lunch. A run to Island Market after unpacking allowed us to stock up on things we couldn't bring in the car.
There is WiFi (slow compared to off island, but worked well) and there was a TV in the living room and 2nd bedroom. The set of Mexican Train dominos in the game drawer led to a fun game night.
Our friends have already recommended Casa Verde to their friends. I just hope that they don't rent the house in mid-July, as we would like to return again. Thank you to the owner for sharing this wonderful house."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. Olga is a very quiet town. There is an art gallery up the street with a cafe attached and that's it. It is very close to everything on the island. We preferred to be away from Eastsound because we enjoyed the quiet with the choice to leave and do something if we wanted. There were lots of dear on the island. Many that would graze in the yard. We spotted seals in our little bay while we were out having our morning coffee on the dock. The house itself had everything you could need. We only had to provide food and drink. We loved everything. Eastsound is a great place with the best coffee shop, Brown Bear Baking. The people that worked there were fantastic. Great food. The locals and shop owners were full of information about things to do and places to go. My husband really wanted to buy a nice short sleeve button down and we realized that there were no men's clothing stores on the islands. At the end of it all we didn't mind. He enjoyed the art more than a new shirt. We are planning on going back with family in tow. I would recommend this house for anyone."
