"We just got back from a wonderful Christmas spent at Pond Cottage! The cottage itself was immaculate, the view and the sound of the waterfall were amazing, as were all the animals! Great access to hiking trails and most of all peaceful and quiet. We will be back!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: December 27, 2014View listing
"My wife and I came here for the weekend with a few friends and our dogs. The house is wonderfully furnished and extremely nice inside. Proximity to Eastsound is great as well. Would definitely come again."Guest: LV Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: November 12, 2014View listing
"We are a family of four and we spent a very enjoyable six nights recently at this Orcas home and came back home thoroughly well rested & energized. The house is super comfortable with all the amenities, the kitchen is well provided for and the view of the ocean from the entire house is fabulous. We could hear & see the whales go by from the deck and the scenery is breathtaking. The folks at the management company made it very easy for us to book the house and were very prompt in communicating with us. I would totally recommend anyone to book this house for a nice getaway. It is close to the beautiful parks, waterfront & beaches. The village of Eastsound is an easy 20 minute drive from the house and Mt. Constitution is about 10 mins away."Guest: CM Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 29, 2014View listing
"We had such a wonderful summer holiday at the Wren's Nest! A lovely home in a quiet nook on the beautiful south end of Lopez Island. "Our" Aleck Beach was a great place to play every day and we enjoyed the close proximity to Watmough Bay, Iceberg Point and Shark Reef Sanctuary, our favorite spots on the island. The house is outfitted wonderfully for a family with young kids and had everything we needed, plus charm. We enjoyed mornings on the deck and the kids played Sorry in the treehouse. I loved the butterfly garden and we spent a lot of time in the communal kitchen making feasts with the local meats, fish and produce from the island. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope to return to the Wren's Nest another summer!"Guest: Sarah Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 5, 2014View listing
