  • Beautiful and Comfortable!

"This house was fantastic! Beautiful views, comfortable and clean home. The owners were very helpful and responsive, sending detailed information before our visit and even mailing us some items we accidentally left behind. We had the fortune to see bunnies grazing in the backyard each morning and evening, giving it that extra-special touch. The steps the beach from the home are extremely steep, but the access point at the end of the road was very easy and the proximity to the state park was very close."

  • Lovely Stay :)

"The house is much bigger in person then it looks in pictures. The master upstairs has an awesome attached bathroom with a nice big oversized tub. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find. When we stayed there, the stovetop worked, but the oven did not, which was kinda a bummer. The owners had let me know a couple days before we got there that we wouldn’t be able to use it. But it didn’t turn out to be too big of an issue. I am VERY happy to say we only ate out ONE time during our 5 day vacation in Bellingham – the rest of our meals were homemade. We used the stove top and microwave quite a bit. =) The basement stayed nice and cool – upstairs got a little stuffy. We tried to use the air conditioning, but it didn’t feel like it was working. Luckily we came at a beautiful time of year where mostly all we needed to do was keep windows open to catch a breeze. Everything was spotless in the house and we enjoyed having the extra space very much. Whatcom Falls Park is about 5 minutes away – it is a beautiful, FREE, easy hike. We have family in Bellingham who showed us where you could jump off cliffs into the water there. =) I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Bellingham. Especially because ONE hotel room isn’t much cheaper! Spend a little extra and get some more space to feel like home."

  • Amazing family retreat

"Love this vacation home. Spacious rancher great for the little ones and elderly. The kitchen was well stocked and owners have pretty much thought of everything. My kids could lounge in den to play games and watch tv while adults read in living room. Beds were comfortable and I was glad bunk bed is very sturdy(some rentals are not). Lovely neighbourhood to walk around and a short 5 minute walk to beach. I will happily book again."

  • Super Fun Farm Vacation!!!

"My Wife and I and our 4 and 2 year old spent 4 wonderful days at the farm to start off our summer vacation. Terry and Jean were great to deal with making the arrangements and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The farm house was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we could need including a dozen farm fresh eggs and some gourmet coffee. The beds had quality sheets and the bathroom was like new. The Kids founds their bearings in no time and were making friends with the animals and posing on the tractors like they'd been born in a barn. Terry and Jean had us driving the tractors and the 1950 Jeep they have as well as taking us on Hayrides and a guided tour of the property. We helped (watched) bring in 30 acres of hay and to top it all off greeted a newborn calf on our last night which was an amazing ending to our 4 nights on the farm. Terry and Jean have found the perfect balance of giving every opportunity to have you participate with the goings on at the farm while giving time and space when its mealtime / bedtime / time to relax..... We will be back!!!"
