  • Ally's visit

"We definitely loved this house. The doghouse is great for both dogs and people. The fenced yard is big and great for dogs. The house was really clean and really comfortable. There was a nice bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. We really appreciated it after the long drive there. The location of the house is ideal. 20 minute walk to town. Close to the college and a block from some great parks to walk in. The house was nicely updated and incredibly relaxing. Our dog, Ally, loved it!!"

  • Great Christmas get away

"If your looking for an excellent place to stay, you have found it. The house is so cute. You drive up to a Yellow house trimmed in white. Looks like a little cottage you would find in the mountains. When you walk into a house you will never want to leave. Karin and her husband put a Christmas tree up for us to make our Christmas perfect. In the kitchen was a lovely red wine to toast the being of our holiday with the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We made our traditional beef wellington for Christmas eve and prime rib for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There's a walking path out back, bbq, and table. Our family spent our Christmas vacation here and I cant wait to return. Karin and her husband make you feel very welcome in their home. Their son owes a sandwich shop which is a must to eat at. Excellent salads and sandwiches. The wineries are great and so are the restaurants. I'm looking forward to returning for another lovely vacation."

  • 7 Cyclists

"A group of 7 women cyclist and wine enthusiasts spent 3 nights at the Tandem House at the end of Sept. 2014. We were delighted by the roominess for all 7 of us (6 slept upstairs, 1 downstairs). The back entry way proved to be a perfect fit for our bikes, the front sitting room was our yoga studio (our Boise, Idaho gal teaches yoga) and we loved gathering on the back patio after our morning rides. The kitchen was spacious so several of us could be in the kitchen at one time preparing our coffee, tea, toast, eggs, or oatmeal before a morning ride. The Tandem House was absolutely perfect for our memorable weekend in Walla Walla.....loved it!"

  • Great accommodations!

"My sisters and I were in Walla Walla for a "sisters weekend" and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this condo. It has been nicely updated with all the modern details. It has a full kitchen, laundry if needed, it is very spacious and clean! It is located within walking distance (4 blocks) to downtown which made it nice to walk to dinner, and also to visit the many tasting rooms located in the downtown area without the need for a car. The space met all of our needs and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit!"
