  • Mini Women's Retreat

"We can't thank Denise enough for making our stay so very much enjoyable and flexible for us. Our group of 3 women came down from the Anchorage, Alaska area for a church meeting/retreat and were extremely pleased with how Denise handled all of our lodging needs. The location was perfect - only 8 miles from the church, so very close. We were also able to have our own room, which was nice! The house was extremely comfortable and close to many shops, restaurants and wineries. Thank you Denise for everything!!! The next time we're in the Kennewick area, we'll make sure to return! God bless you!"

  • Amazing place, definitely will return!

"We loved this little slice paradise in Benton City! The house was perfect for a get away weekend with friends. Well maintained, clean and super cute. The central AC was a god send given the triple digit weekend weather we had. And the garden is impeccable, with herb bushes, blackberry bushes (we picked them to go with our breakfast), strawberries, and ripe apricots on trees. The location was perfect too, we managed to hit Richland for our kayaking in the morning, then off to Prosser for winery tours in the afternoon. Can't say enough great things about this place, we will definitely be back, and recommend it to all our friends!"

  • Nice Place!

"This house was much nicer than pictures showed. Ralph, the owner was great to work with. We had one small issue with the air conditioner at the house and Ralph got it fixed right away. Worked perfect after that. The kitchen could use a few more accessories- a better knife set, and better blender, but we brought some cooking items ourselves knowing we would want to cook quite a bit. Place was clean and comfy. You feel "at home" here. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the TriCities area. Thanks Ralph for your hospitality!"

  • PERFECT AND WE'LL BE BACK!!!!!!!

"We had visitors of all ages ranging from 3mos - 65yo. There is something for everyone at this vacation rental. The pool, outdoor seating area, pool table and super comfy seating in the living room and dining room were perfect for entertaining everyone. The kitchen was completely stocked, including most staples, crockpot, mixer, blender, etc. All you need are groceries specific to your menu. The outdoor pool house with additional refrigerator and bathroom were perfect to keep everyone from going in and out of the house while entertaining. We have family from both my side and my Husband's side of the family in the area and we will definitely be back! Make sure and visit Viera's Mexican Bakery in Pasco. It's only minutes from the house and they have any type of bakery item you could want. We especially enjoyed the jalapeno and cream cheese filled bread. Load up your tray while you're there and don't worry about the expense. We had a tray piled high and it was less than $14. Also, there's a homemade popsicle shop near the bakery. They make many varieties of popsicles including coffee, guava, cookies and cream, papaya and many more. Absolutely delic!!!!!! The only thing we needed and couldn't find at the nearby grocery stores were some citronella candles for outdoors. We could have probably found these at Wal-Mart but never made it there."
