  • Great experience

"I visit Walla Walla frequently but this was a hidden gem that I had not found previously. There was plenty of room for my siblings and their children in this beautifully appointed hideaway. Everything was provided, (thanks for the bottle of wine) and I must say we spent a lot of time in the garage at the family ping pong tournament! My only disappointment was not walking over and taking a picture of the sunset on the Blues before it was too late. Thank you for your generosity and making our stay a memorable and pleasant experience."

  • Grape Hill Is Awesome

"We spent three summer nights at Grape Hill in the Walla Walla Valley. The territorial view is awesome, particularly at and after sunset. While mid-afternoons and early evenings can be hot, we used this time to explore, wine taste, shop and cook. The evening-to-night colors across the fields and hills are amazing. Mornings on the deck are comfortable too for coffee and reading. Don't be put off by the tin-shed appearance from the outside and the lack of shade trees. The house and property are hidden treasures, close enough to "civilization" (only four miles), but far from the crowds (if Walla Walla ever has them). Inside, Grape Hill is very spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The upstairs bedroom suite is a loft, accessed by a steep, but sturdy, ladder. Once there, however, it's tempting not to leave, except to eat or lounge downstairs. Or use the outdoor shower. Our only complaint is that we didn't book it for more nights. Next time, we will."

  • Great Place to Stay While Wine Tasting

"It is close to town and all of the wineries. We were 4 couples from different parts of the country who wanted to get together and not only taste wine but to visit and enjoy each others company and Russell Creek Ranch was the perfect place for us to do it. The house is more like a home than a vacation rental. The island in the kitchen had plenty of room for all of us to sit around. The grounds are beautiful and the patio is a great place to enjoy the weather and a barbecue. We have used VRBO before and this home an outstanding VRBO choice."
