  • My review

"Wonderful place with great layout and two different decks for relaxing. Kitchen is marvelous. Landlord is very helpful and readily available. Stocked with support supplies of every type. Wi Fi works well. If you require speciality food items, I would bring them with large grocery stores are not close by. The house is very clean & modern and the pictures are accurate. Neighborhood is small town and mixed. There is parking directly out front."

  • Delightful!

"My girlfriends and I stayed at the Teahouse for two nights while wine tasting and exploring the Walla Walla area. It’s a charming updated 19th century cottage with an Asian “Pottery Barn” decor. Karen greeted us as we were settling in to make sure we had everything we needed, gave us information about the area and even offered to make up the sofa bed for us while we went to dinner. There was a complimentary bottle of wine for each night we were there; and coffee, fruit, muffins, butter and jam for breakfast! The porch in the back, overlooking a huge backyard, was a quiet, peaceful place to share our coffee in the mornings. The cottage was clean, beds comfy; and it’s conveniently located to the main street. We ate dinner one night at the Whoopemup Hollow Café which had a wonderful southern style menu and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend peaceful Waitsburg as an alternative to Walla Walla, and would stay at the Teahouse again whenever I had another opportunity to visit the area."

  • Absolutely Charming

"We just loved this sweet, comfortable home with all of the amenities you could want. When we drove up to the sleepy little town of Waitsburg we were surprised at our enchanted cottage. A white picket fence with beautiful plantings and roses galore. The home was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The owners have made it so convenient with a bottle of nice wine for every night of stay, and breakfast items for your first day. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you need as well as Riedel wine glasses. As I cooked some meals at the home it was convenient to have the available spices and olive oil and vinegar. We loved using the covered patio to sit outside and talk and drink wine under the tall maples with the perfectly manicured and landscaped lawn. Waitsburg is a short 2-3 block walk from th house. It is a quiet historic town with wonderfully friendly people. Coppei Coffee had awesome cappuccinos and yummy breakfasts with inventive menu items with farm fresh eggs. I highly recommend visiting them. Walla Walla is just a short drive away for wine tasting. It was nice to come back to Waitsburg where the vibe was laid back and quiet. We will be back, this one is a keeper."

  • Girlfriend Getaway

"The house is perfect. Comfy beds, very clean and a great kitchen, we played games and drank wine at the wonderful dining room table. Wind and rain kept us off of the porch or the back patio, but we laughed none the less. I don't know just what has happened to Waitsburg between the reviewer on the 16th and our arrival on the 18th, but we could not find coffee or food in town. Drove the 7 miles to The Tuxedo and had great burgers. Spent the second day in Walla Walla and brought dinner home with us which was great, just enjoying each others company. We rented the entire house which was perfect. I would recommend the Seven Porches for a group that want to spend time together, play games and cook together."
