  • What a delightful place

"Two couples shared the house so having two bathrooms was key. We were impressed on how well maintained the grounds are along with all the little details. Big. modern and clean hot tub; very nice fire pit with all the wood you need and even a fire starter kit; outdoor picnic table and BBQ; even a croquet set if you are so inclined. The house itself was cozy, clean and comfortable; the resident Elk herd was cool to observe; and the proximity to great hiking at Rainier National Park was something we took advantage of on a beautiful day. We could not have asked for a better end of summer destination"

  • We would stay again!

"The cabin is great - we stayed a week and it was just as pictured. The cabin was very clean and while it's probably due for a spring cleaning of windows and appliances, the bottom line is that we would definitely stay again. There is hardwood/tile throughout and the only thing that triggered my allergies were the bed pillows. Only two things I wish I'd known - bring your own pillows (theirs are on the older side) and definitely bring/buy wood - the electric heat will not keep the cabin warm enough on its own in the winter. Hot tub was clean, view is great, beds are firm and furniture comfy. Wifi and cable was a nice touch."

  • Family Vacation

"Three Bears Coho cabin at was perfect for our family getaway this year. The bunkhouse was just what we needed to house our oldest son who was home from college for the weekend with girlfriend in tow. And being that the cabin is dog friendly, we didn’t have to pay the steep dog sitting fees that typically come when we actually manage to get the whole family together for a vacation. The interior of the main cabin is well kept, warm and relaxing but the outside deck with the dining table and chairs was my favorite feature. Morning coffee as the sun was coming up, the sounds of nature at lunchtime, dinner at sunset — there’s nothing quite like eating together outdoors. This vacation was just what our family needed. Everything provided to keep it low stress, enough space to accommodate everyone’s personal needs, cozy enough to bring us together. An experience I hope to have again and again."

  • Cozy cabin, great location

"We stayed at Bob’s cabin over the weekend just a few weeks ago. Brought out of town guests to Mt. Rainier for some hiking and relaxation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and hope to return. The cabin is homey and equipped with everything you need for a weekend or a few days away. The hot tub overlooking the river is a highlight and the kitchen has everything you need for basic meal prep. Love how organized the owners are too with the whole “welcome to the cabin” packet with a list of everything included. Makes packing/prep super easy. Only gripe of the weekend was the pluming (shower, bathroom) which backed up a few hours after we arrived HOWEVER, the owner was incredibly responsive and took the extra steps to be sure our experience was a positive one. We hope to return this winter as the cabin would be a great jumping off point for a local winter getaway at Crystal Mountain."
