"Very pretty and super clean log cabin in the woods. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are all very comfortable. A few notes: NO Wi-Fi and NO cell coverage. The house phone is only for local calls, when we had an issue we had to drive into town to get a cell signal, b/c the emergency contact's were not local calls! The upstairs King bed is not in an enclosed bedroom; it is a large loft, also with the office and futon- this was only an issue when the kids wanted to stay up later and watch TV in the living room below the loft. The stream out back was stagnant water, a little disappointing. BUT we enjoyed our stay!"

"Comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Owner is very responsive and courteous. I recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Have stayed at Antlers Lodge twice now and will stay again if the opportunity arises."

"We spent the long Thanksgiving weekend here for a fun family getaway. My husband, brother-in-law, three kids (ages 6,3, and 1), dog and I had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and well-stocked with everything you could need. I made Thanksgiving dinner here and was very pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen had all the tools that I needed, they really thought of everything! My kids loved tromping around in the woods around the house and relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect end to every day. The fireplaces in the main living room and the master bedroom keep everything toasty and give the house a nice, cozy feel. The fact that the place is named "Moosewood Manor" is just icing on the cake! My kids really got a kick out of the name, as well as the moose décor, and were so sad to leave. The house is very kid-friendly: lots of kids board games, books, a baby gate, and a high chair were all provided. It was also nice to be able to have our dog with us. Because we were there on a cold/rainy winter weekend, we didn't really get out and explore as much as we would have liked to but we're already contemplating a return in the summer when we can enjoy Mt. Rainier and maybe take a day trip to St. Helens. Thanks for a memorable holiday weekend!"

"If you are going to Rainier and/or St.Helens this is THE place to stay. With three bedrooms and two baths and a large deck this is perfect for six adults or a family of 8-10. The home is spotless and well stocked with books, cd's dvd's pots, pans, games' etc. The privacy is amazing. Large wooded lot with creatures all around. The view of the mountains and up and down the river is cause enough to spend an entire evening on the deck. Thank God for the A/C because it was hotter than an Oregon Duck fan on January 12th. Would recommend yo anyone. Thank you Mark."
