"We had a relaxing weekend at the Packwood cabin and were thrilled with it's proximity to the Paradise entrance. The drive is about 10 minutes to the park entrance! The Cowlitz river proved to be a big highlight and was a short 5 minute walk from the cabin. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a full day hiking at Paradise.
Overall, the cabin is quite rustic, but is all you need if you're looking for an escape to nature that doesn't include a tent or camper."

"After hiking around Mt. Rainer all day, the best part was being able to soak in the hot tub while watching the stars at night. The view from the back porch was awe-inspiring, surrounded by mountains. The location of the cabin is off the highway and was very quiet, with lots of privacy. The cabin is very clean and modern, with many amenities that make the stay comfortable."

Beautiful House/Perfect place for all activities!!!!
"Everything was super with this place!! From the ease of booking, getting there, nearby places to purchase groceries then arriving to the beautiful home with all accommodations exactly as described! My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoyed the nearby hiking, white water rafted the nearby Tieton River, hiked some more, went to the Naches Tavern in Greenwater and enjoyed the local flavor watching the football game, hiked some more trails.....my son-in-law said he felt like a celebrity each day after the long hikes enjoying the spa shower!!! We can't wait to come back!!!!"

"Stayed here with my mom, dad, and 6 yr old nephew. So nice to have separate rooms vs a hotel single room. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes needed to make almost anything. Very comfortable living area. Bathroom was great...water pressure could have been slightly better in the shower, but doubt owners can control that. Bedroom beds were pretty good, nothing wonderful but comfortable enough. Couch bed was very springy so extra blankets were put down for padding, then it slept well. Wonderful to have the entry area tiled floor so one can remove shoes. Loved the large windows in the bedrooms that let in the breezes at night. Portable AC unit in the living room did well to cool the living, kitchen, dining area. Bedrooms were cooled with the temp going down at night and keeping the blinds closed during the day. They do have a single large fan on site for using. The owners were wonderful to work with and VERY responsive to email."
