"So we didn't stay at this particular location-- BUT we did spend last weekend at their Timberline Chalet. I figured my boyfriend and I needed some relaxation time away from our busy lives and booked. There was some mix up initially with booking however Bob was accommodating. When we got there the first thing I noticed was the ceiling.. OMG probably the most beautiful thing I've seen on a cabin or vacation home just absolutely gorgeous. The house had everything we needed and the caretaker was super sweet even when we called her about a beeping smoke detector (which she had to climb a super tall ladder and a step stool to get to) that ended up being The co2 detector behind the couch (was going dead). Travis and I felt like doofuses but she was great. We did notice that there is a closed circuit video camera on site not sure if there is just the one or if there are more but hopefully it was just the one and they just use it to prevent people from #1 being stupid and #2 breaking some of the rules. Which is really no biggie atleast it wasn't for us. ANYWAY do check out their other vacation rentals you will absolutely not be let down as they are gorgeous! We will definitely be back every few months and visit them all!! Thanks Madison and Trav"

A Great Home Base for Visiting Mt Rainier National Park
"This house is a great place to stay when exploing Mt Rainier NP. The Sunrise and Paradise visitor centers are on two different roads in the Park, and Packwood (where the house is located) is central to both of them. The house itself is clean and comfortable. We cooked several times and the kitchen was well equipped. In other VRBO rentals we were used to having some spices and cooking spray available from prior renters, but that was not the case in this rental. The owners said it wouldn't be provided so we knew that going in. The owners were easy to work with and provided a lot of helpful info about the area. I definitely recommend this place for visits to Mt Rainier."

"If you are going to Rainier and/or St.Helens this is THE place to stay. With three bedrooms and two baths and a large deck this is perfect for six adults or a family of 8-10. The home is spotless and well stocked with books, cd's dvd's pots, pans, games' etc. The privacy is amazing. Large wooded lot with creatures all around. The view of the mountains and up and down the river is cause enough to spend an entire evening on the deck. Thank God for the A/C because it was hotter than an Oregon Duck fan on January 12th. Would recommend yo anyone. Thank you Mark."

"This cabin feels like home the 5 days. The cabin have all the accommodations and convenient of home but with the view of Mount Rainier in the background. The place is conveniently located to packwood, and near a market. You can get all the ingredients for cooking while staying there, making this truly a home away from home. It is only 20 minutes away from Mount rainier and an hour away from Mount St. Helen.
Marily made the booking, checking in, and checking out very smoothly. Better than staying at a 5 star resort for a much lower price."
