"The pictures of the house does not do justice for the size. A large group gathering would feel like everyone had their own space. Loved the amenities like being able to hook up my phone directly to stereo system to play Pandora off the free wifi. Great speaker system. After staying two nights I still left feeling like I didn't take advantage of everything. Elks even greeted us as we arrived. Truly impressed. Will be staying again."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in July with extended family, and the owner allowed us to have family camp on the property too. The owner is great with communication, and very accommodating. We loved having access to the pool and park. It was a short drive up the mountain to Paradise and hiking. The cabin is rustic and older, but clean and well kept. We loved the hot tub and washer/dryer too. Both are newer and in good shape. Thank you, and we hope to come back!"

"My family and little dogs thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Packwood and the Mountain view cabin! It was very well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was also a nice touch. We did day trips to Paradise and Sunrise visitors centers at Mount Rainier, rode the gondola at Crystal mountain and drove around Mount St. Helens. The scenery and hiking were spectacular. The dogs weren't allowed to hike with us in the National parks but there seemed to be a lot of other options if you were so inclined. Don't miss "taco Wednesday" in town. All in all an amazing trip. I would stay at this cabin again!!"

"We took our granddaughters, ages 4 & 9, for an overnight stay in this tipi. The property manager was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for a great outdoor experience was there, without the sleeping-on-the-ground part. The bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable and the cooking station had even more supplies than we expected. The hot tub was a big hit too. Access to the fruit and vegetables (peas and strawberries-yum) growing in the garden was a nice touch as well. We'll be back!!"
