"My family and I stayed two nights and loved it. Great little cabin. Short drive up to white pass to go sledding, skiing, etc. While we were there we had elk and or deer right outside the cabin both mornings which was pretty cool. My only complaint would be that it was 30° the day we got there and it was close to that inside the house so had to bundle the babies up until the house warmed up after turning the heat on. But there than that it was great. Would most definitely stay again."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this house (Both times, Guys Fishing Trip). We had five guys stay this year and we all had our own room to sleep in, which is great. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils/spices/etc. Plenty of counter space and room for cooking. We BBQ'd on the deck one night, which was great. Great view of Mayfield Lake!!!!!!! Very clean and organized, plenty of towels, etc. We will be back again.
Thanks for everything."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cabin. It is pretty much as the listing describes it. The owner bought 3 fans to help cool us in the extraordinary heat wave. The area was quiet and the property was clean and comfortable. One broken patio chair on the porch probably could be taken away, but the bench was comfortable to sit on and enjoy the forest. We enjoyed driving to Mt. St. Helens, checking out side roads up toward Mt. Rainier, touring the museum in town and going to the library to check our e-mail. Negatives would be the steep stairs and the top step which begins about 8 inches into the front of the bedroom door. Perhaps a small railing could be put there to prevent an accident. We used a magazine rack. With those cautions, yes, we would recommend this property to a friend. We had a nice time there."

"My family and little dogs thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Packwood and the Mountain view cabin! It was very well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was also a nice touch. We did day trips to Paradise and Sunrise visitors centers at Mount Rainier, rode the gondola at Crystal mountain and drove around Mount St. Helens. The scenery and hiking were spectacular. The dogs weren't allowed to hike with us in the National parks but there seemed to be a lot of other options if you were so inclined. Don't miss "taco Wednesday" in town. All in all an amazing trip. I would stay at this cabin again!!"
