"This was our kids first trip to real snow and snow skiing. As we arrived we were greeted by one on the biggest snow storms in snowshoe in a long time 20 inches or so and they already had plenty! The lock box check in was awesome as basically we had battled the storm all day just to get to the top of the mountain to find everyone snowed in! We literally slid to the front door and had to shovel in. The place and people (KIP and staff) were great, easy access to slopes... it was a real adventure!! The kids are hooked and can't wait to go back."

"Decided to take a last minute weekend trip up to Snowshoe; found this rental and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! The price couldn't be beat, so I would have been satisfied with very little, but this place exceeded our expectations! It was very, very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was just a short drive up to the resort. The wi-fi signal was choppy, which normally wouldn't be a big deal (we go on vacation to get away from it all, right??) However, my husband had a little work to do, and the signal kept dropping. Frustrating, but not enough to prevent us from staying there again. Also, they were pet friendly, which is so hard to find these days! (Future renters with pets, please be responsible so we can continue to rent this place with our dog!!) It's small, but cozy!"

"Very pleasant weekend stay at this well outfitted cabin off Simoda Rd. best part was coffee & scones on the porch in the morning. Wi-fi was a blessing, as no Verizon cell service in that section of WV. You must do breakfast @ Gateway Restaurant, just down the mountain. Great pie there as well. These mountains are, to use an overused term, awesome."
