  • Great little cabin, very secluded

"It was a great weekend getaway for the two of us. The cabin had everything we needed to cook, grill out, eat in, and relax. Very close to Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, and Seneca Caverns (all very awesome). We had a little car trouble on the way there, and the owners were very helpful with offering assistance. The Wi-fi at the cabin was a life-saver since cell coverage is very limited in that area. It was our first trip without the kids in 13 years, and still having a means of communicating back home was awesome. This was our first trip to the mountains, and we can't wait to go back. We would definitely stay at this cabin again. Might even bring the kids next time..., Well, or maybe just the two of us again (haha). Thanks, Joan!"

  • peace and serenity and beauty

"We stayed in this cabin 4th of July week. It was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be close to the Greenbrier River Trail, and we wanted quiet and solitude and beautiful nature. This cabin gave it in spades. You definitely need 4WD to get to it, and getting out to open and close 2 barnyard gates every time was a little bit of a hassle. But we felt it was worth it for the beautiful setting the cabin was in. It was amazing! It was down in the forest next to the beautiful river, and the trail was right there. The cabin was very nice, clean, and comfortable. No TV channels but a TV for games/videos. No cell phone service but a land line at the house for emergencies. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends or relatives. The owner was very helpful when we called. We enjoyed doing the walking tour of Lewisburg, touring Organ Cave, Beartown State Park, riding our bikes and hiking. One of our favorite places to hike was Brooks Arboretum. There were some beautiful trails there, the rhododendron was in full bloom and we had gorgeous weather. Another place we enjoyed hiking was Cranberry Glades."

  • Clean, roomy, and affordable

"This place was perfect for my trip to Snowshoe. The booking and transaction went smoothly. The owner was very responsive via email. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean with updated furniture and appliances. The full size washer and dryer was a very nice feature. All of the linens and towels were very good quality, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The condo is very spacious. We slept 6 adults comfortably. There was plenty of parking as well. The price and location were major factors when deciding to book this property."

  • Morefield clan

"Had a wonderful time! The owners were personable and available if anything was needed. All amenities were used and appreciated. The weather wasn't the best, below zero, so the indoor pool, hot tub and downstairs lounge area were very welcomed. There were 2 adult men with 7 teenage boys. Although everyone had a great time, an extra set of bunk beds in one of the bed rooms would have been more useful than three rooms with either king beds or queen. But that was just our situation, I'm sure with more couples, the extra queen bed would be great. Would definitely go back. ;-)"
