"This trip was planned to get away and enjoy some family time. Our two bedroom cabin was the perfect size for our family. Our two kids loved the bunk beds! The fireplace made the cabin cozy and heated the cabin well. It rained the whole weekend, but we will be back to explore! The cabin was clean and well furnished. We cooked burgers on the grill the first night and a full blown "Thanksgiving" meal the next night. We enjoyed our stay- thank you for allowing us to stay in your "little piece of heaven"!"

"We just returned from a weekend in Fayetteville for a rafting trip. 9 friends traveled in and everyone loved the place. Everything was in great condition and it lacked nothing. The owner/manager has thought of everything that you might need or want. The whole house was very clean and comfortable. Our entire group had private sleeping quarters without even having to spread to the smaller cabin. The house was only minutes from New & Gauley River Adventures who we rafted with so it is very convenient. Middle of nowhere but still near everything. We would definitely stay again in the future."

"Some friends and I rented this cabin for a four day getaway to go white water rafting. It was far beyond all of our expectations. I booked the cabin with no problems. Brenda was so efficient in responding and was very helpful with suggestions on good restaurants and places of interest. She e-mailed directions and all information we would need well before our arrival date. Upon arriving, the cabin was spotless and perfectly arranged. The hot tub on the back deck was in the perfect location adjacent to a patio set on a lower deck so we could all relax in comfort. There was plenty of wood available for evening fires in the outdoor pit. The cabin is private and in a beautiful setting that has a rural feel, but was still close enough to get to all of our activities in a very short amount of time. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I definitely recommend staying here."

"All in all out stay was good. The property was nice and serene. I would recommend bringing firewood as there was none there and finding some close by would be difficult. The river is visible from the house, however, access is a walk down the road. There is a nice campground/recreation area down the road that we took advantage of. If you are interested in taking in some West Virginia this is a nice place to stay. I would also recommend bringing some linens and pillows. Also, if you will be arriving after dark, it would be advantageous to ask for a light to be left on as it is dark. I would definitely recommend."
