"We had a terrific long weekend away at the Hoki Haus cabin. We had originally planned a ski weekend, and when that didn't work out, ended up coming for Memorial Day weekend. The cabin was perfect. Immaculately clean, and well-stocked (fresh white towels, soap etc), which made arrival quite easy. We brought our two kids and everyone had a great time, spending hours each day mountain biking, and kayaking etc at the resort. Brett, one of the owners, couldn't have been nicer throughout the booking (and re-scheduling) process. I'm sure we will visit again, and highly recommend it for someone who would like a mountain weekend away."

"It was our first trip to the cabin. How to describe it? - a unique and charming cabin with a large porch and unbelievable view... We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The cabin is located on 18 acres so it is very quiet and peaceful. We loved picking apples and blueberries (right in front of the cabin), relaxing on the porch and near the fire pit, hiking in the woods... And there are so much more to enjoy! The cabin is very roomy and has everything for you to feel home away from home. Oh, and don't forget to check the restaurant in Helvetia village - the most delicious food, the friendliest people, and a very cozy atmosphere!"

"Really enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. A short walk to the village and s great place to hang out during downtime. View from deck was wonderful. Complex was fairly busy and the kids had no problem finding others to play with into the evening. Would recommend and stay again."

"I have been to Snowshoe several times and this place was by far the roomiest place I've stayed in on the mountain! I was there for opening day of the bike park. This place had a very large deck to lock up the bikes and take off our dirty clothes before entering. I have not met the owner in person but felt we must have crossed paths at some point. There were pictures and patches of mountains that I have skied all over the U.S. One of the mountains patches was Mt. Rose in Reno, NV. That patch was esspecially nice to see since I spent many weekends there while my daughter was on the ski team there. This place is situated with nice views and very close to the village shopping & ski lifts (aka bike lifts). Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, and the Internet worked well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going up to Snowshoe!!"
