  • Group Ski Trip

"The owner was very responsive and accomodating and allowed us to get into the house the morning of our arrival instead of regual check-in late afternoon. We rented all three floors to accomodate our large group of 22. The house was as described in the photos and cleaned upon arrival. I would have brought my own lines and not paid the linens fee if I knew we had to make our own beds, instead the linens were placed on the edge of each bed for us to make. The location is ideal, right off the mountain which made it very convenient to allow the kids to ski while the parents took a break and could still watch from the comfort of a warm house. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were as described. I would say the couches were old and dated, I almost didn't want to sit down they were very old and worn. This is our second trip to Winterplace and it's a great location and the skiiing was awesome... I would recommend the rental, but would look at other houses before renting this particular house again. Great Week of Skiing!"

  • Lovely condo

"I've been going to Snowshoe for several years and have stayed in lots of condos. This condo is definitely my favorite. We really like staying in Soaring Eagle Lodge. The style of the condo and the whole lodge is very beautiful. The condo was very spacious for a two-bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. This was the second time I stayed there and I plan to make many more trips."

  • Beautiful!

"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family! The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property surrounding the cabin was also very well maintained. We were very impressed with the cabin and also with the owner, Joe, who gave us very detailed directions and also met us in town to take us directly to the cabin. Once at the cabin, he took the time to show us around and also told us about local attractions. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and plan on staying again soon."
