  • Weekend getaway

"My husband and I recently stayed at this cabin and had a wonderful time. We were first greeted and then shown the way to the cabin. It was clean, had all the amenity's you could need, and of course the location was beautiful! Especially now during the fall season. We plan to come back to this cabin...and bring our Golden retriever. Thanks for a great weekend!"

  • Very Pleasantly Surprised

"When we started looking for a place to go for our anniversary we only had a very limited list of must haves. One was someplace we could take our dogs, have a hot tub, and be away from a lot of people. We were blown away with how great this place was. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was very nice having an ice maker that could keep up. The newer kitchen appliances were great. The Cuisinart ice cream maker will definitely get used the next time. We hadn't even left and were planning our return trip! The directions were great for getting there too. Unfortunately for us we followed our GPS though and it was off a few houses and it took us in different from the directions. It was easily corrected though by driving just a little further down. We enjoyed the cat that came to visit from next door but she didn't seem to understand when why we wouldn't invite her in. We tried explaining that there were no cats allowed! She didn't seem to mind the dogs at all either. It was nice sitting in the hot tub and watching the deer go through the woods. I can't wait to go back again!"

  • Great Place to stay!!

"Loved every minute of being here. After some tough driving in some bad snow the cabin was a breath of fresh air. Having stayed in the area many times this place beats them all hands down for the price we paid and the location we were in. Cabin has everything you could want to relax and forget about thing's. Cozy living room with a killer Bose sound system, great music selection, the owners have good taste in tunes , satellite t.v. and a wood burning stove that sure helped keep us comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and your basic kinda spice stuff. The couch, chair and beds were very comfortable as well. Nice bedroom and loft area. Lots of games, movies and great music to waste away the day's. We like to drive the back roads in the area but due to all the snow we had ,even with a Jeep, we kinda just stayed put and wondered around on foot. The snow did add a different dynamic then we are used too so looking forward to returning later in the year to enjoy the proximity to Spruce Knob and all the back roads the area has to offer. Just wish I had a sled or mountian board with me :) Must hit up the Gateway restaurant also,.food was super yummy.."

  • Great first visit to snowshoe

"We really enjoyed our first stay at snowshoe. This property is in a great location and close to everything. The hot tubs are on site and wonderful after a long day of snowboarding. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. The underground parking was also a plus. The owners were friendly and great to work with. We would stay here again."
