"We stayed here during the PGA Championship and fell in love with Elkhart Lake. We are from NJ and loved how friendly absolutely everyone we met was. Elkhart Lake has a great small town feel. This house has a really great location. We were able to walk to all of the fabulous restaurants we found in town. We loved the Lake Street Cafe, the Back Porch Bistro, Off the Rail for breakfast, Gesserts has the best ice cream we've ever had! You have access to the Siebkens resort pool which our kids loved; as well as the lake which was very very clean and beautiful! We rented kayaks at the Oostoff resort one day. The house has all the basics that you need and fresh linens provided. There is a grill out back which we also used for lunch a couple times. We stayed in both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs is nice because you have the beautiful front porch to use! The house is very charming. The owner is very nice and was so easy to work with. We recommend Elkhart Lake and this house to anyone. We would definitely return and stay here again!!"

"Our family vacation at the Knitter Cabin was very relaxing. We had 8 people but there was always space for everyone. Dawn met us on arrival and is a fantastic hostess. We enjoyed our time at their lake as well as the short day trips to Elkhart Lake and Sheboygan."

"The Schwarz House made a delightful backdrop for our recent annual Girl's Weekend! All of the beds were so comfortable, and the large showers were great! We loved the layout of the house, and really enjoyed being able to use the front porch and the side patio, too. The fire pit was ready to go for us when we got there, and we enjoyed it both nights! Wasn't expecting that "in town!" And while we knew there was a Supper Club next door, we had no idea what an 'event' it was to eat there! Food and drink were delicious - and the staff were wonderful, too! Stephanie Schwarz was so helpful, and welcoming, we feel like we have a second home in St. Anna and hope to return soon!"

"We found this house to be extremely clean and comfortable, and the owner gets top marks for communication and professionalism.
The house was larger and nicer than I expected from the photos. The living room is large and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean. The upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable, especially the king bed in the master. The bunk bed worked fine for the kids, but the upper bunk was a little tricky to climb in and out of. We had friends stay a couple nights in the downstairs beds, and they were happy there. The backyard was lovely, too.
Elkhart Lake is a very sweet town, with several good restaurants and a wonderful farmer's market. It is a short walk from the house into the center of town. Highlights were the Paddock Club restaurant, swimming at the resident beach on the lake, and visiting the Kohler museum. Closest groceries are 10 miles south in Plymouth.
This was one of the easiest and most professional VRBO experiences we've had. The host provided clear and accurate communication in advance and during our stay. Kudos to her!"
