"This home was excellent setting for our grown family reunion. Beautifully located on the lake, it is also on a quiet cul-de-sac allowing the grandsons to ride their bikes safely. The home's floor plan is very functional, allowing for personal space when required. The covered deck off the kitchen made for a great location throughout the day. The kids loved the castle bunk bed with slide. The weather was cool, but enjoyable, allowing for fun on the water with the paddle boat, canoe, and rented kayaks. We spent a day at EAA's museum in Oshkosh and a morning at the local farmer's market on Saturday. It was a great time for the family. The owners were very responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival and very helpful in orienting us to the home upon our arrival. We heartily recommend this property!"

"We arrived to a home that was far lovelier in person than the pictures indicated. Gorgeous property with lush gardens and water features and bird feeders all around the house. Just the perfect setting on a very quiet and very private street.
The home is large and spacious. You can tell that this is not just a house but a home. And it did feel like home. We had a family reunion to attend to and all of my siblings and I stayed at this home for a "reunion within the reunion".
The home is very nicely furnished so some care must be exercised--as you would in your own home--with some of the furnishings clearly being antiques, hence my recommendation for families with older children/teenage+ versus younger children.
The only issue we had was NOT the owner's fault--a large thunderstorm rolled in and knocked out half the power to the city of Oshkosh and the home has a private well--so we were without water for a short time. The owners came back immediately to rectify the situation. The were/are very very nice folks! They have purchased an emergency generator so that should not be a problem :-)"

"We came all the way from Florida, never visiting Wisconsin before, so we were very nervous to say the least. The reason for the trip was to visit my daughter's fiancé who plays for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. We were so pleased when we arrived to the house for the fist time, the view alone was breathtaking. The house was extremely cozy and clean. It was a great size for the 4 of us and could've fit plenty more. We would watch the sunset almost every evening on the dock because the view was so beautiful. Steve and Patti's complimentary pumpkin bread was probably the best part!! They are beyond friendly and accommodating and made our visit one to remember. My daughter's fiancée stayed with us as well and he loved it. My husband even lost his wedding ring and a few days after we arrived in Florida, Steve reached out to us and shipped it right away. We were amazed at their hospitality and will definitely book again. Thank you guys so much for everything!"
