"Truly enjoyed my stay at SunFlower cottage! I liked the clean, well maintained cottage and appreciated the well stocked kitchen dinnerware/utensils. Kangaroo Lake is 1100 acres, clean & quiet in June & loved using your kayak, kept right on property, thanks. Will visit again!!"

"Brooke Haven was a perfect haven for our long family weekend. With 4 teens, it can be hard to find activities and accommodations that suit everyone. Brooke Haven came pretty close.
The house had lots of room with reminders of Grandma's house -- very comfortable. Not fancy, not rustic or camping. Perfect. We liked the location -- close to shopping, state parks, ferry, and lots of good restaurants. The two bikes were used quite a bit! Just writing this review makes me want to go back. Communication with the owner was very good. Thanks for sharing your home!"

"I've just returned from yet another stay at Ann's Cottage, this time during peak fall foliage week. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times over the years, both in the Spring and in the Fall, and I can't say which I enjoy better. The cottage feels like home to me now, and my "get away from it all" week always flies by with a mix of daytime exploring, shopping and finding new places to grab a bite. And there is always that cozy fireplace (with plenty of complimentary wood!) to warm my tootsies in the evenings before drifting off to the sound of the waves from the nearby shore. When I first started coming, I was afraid that I'd find many of the stores and galleries closed, since it was late May, but I was pleasantly surprised that virtually all of the area attractions were open. The same held true yet again last week, and I was able to enjoy everything that Fish Creek and the surrounding towns had to offer. There's nothing like waking up on a brisk morning and getting that first whiff of clean, pure air in the secluded forest surrounding the cottage. All I can say is "aaahhhhhh.""
