  • Amazing Place to stay for 2-4 people!

"This was our first VRBO experience, and were a little hesitant to try renting out a house. Now, we were so spoiled that we are hesitant to try any place BUT this place! The house was immaculate. It was the perfect size for 2-4 people. You could probably sleep up to 6 (kids don't mind couch or sleeping bags) and be fine. We went in early October, so we didn't get to take full advantage of everything they offer. (We'll be back!) The two encounters we had with Glenn, he was incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us quite a bit of privacy, which was great. Some Observations: - Go for a hike on the hiking trail! I'm by no means a hiker, but it was really nice and Rocco, our doberman, loved every minute of it! - The cabin is all on the 2nd floor. We had no problem with it, other than getting Rocco used to open stairs, but something to keep in mind for those who have problems with stairs. - The thermostat is next to the main bedroom door. It took us awhile to find it. :) Things to do on rainy days. (We got stuck with a couple bad weather days) - Tour Crandon. It's a nice little town. I recommend "The On Deck" for some amazing sushi. Who would've thought Crandon would have excellent sushi!? - Tour the winery in Three Lakes. It's just about a 10-15 minute tour, with a free wine tasting. Also has some good cheese spreads. Three Lakes is about a 25 minute drive. - We went to Potawatomi Casino for a night. We aren't the gambling type, but it was enjoyable. We didn't try the closer, but smaller casino. All in all, it was a great vacation and we have every intention of going back!"

  • Nicely equipped and secluded

"We had a group of 9 in this clean spacious cabin. We were very pleased with the way the house was laid out and the amenities. From little things like lots of towels and linens and lots of hooks to hang towels and gear, to the kayaks and canoes that are included. Kitchen was well equipped and the 2 refrigerators worked well for food and drinks. We appreciated the quality dry firewood provided (honor system payments). It is nice paddle down the river to the lake (and the eagle's nest). We caught a bucket full of crawfish for dinner in the river by hand and they were the best we had ever had (including 'Nawlins). Lots of wildlife to see including river otters, herons, kingfisher, loons and more. If you are into biking the roads and trails are perfect for hybrids or mountain bikes. The property is on a peninsula / bend in the river and you cannot see the neighbors. Definitely recommended."

  • 3 Day Stay at Lily Lake House

"My whole family honestly could not have been more pleased with our stay at this home. I will admit it was a bit difficult finding the place, but once we were there, this turned out to be a plus as I could not imagine a house more peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. We all spent both nights of our stay sitting out on the back deck watching the sun set over the lake, and daytime was spent hiking and boating. As for the house itself, it was huge, comfortable, and was perfect for our family. The bathrooms were clean and updated, the kitchen had every bowl, plate, and utensil we could have needed, and the bedrooms were like we hadn't even left our own home. The owners of this home certainly did their research on how to make their rental home comfortable for their tenants. We actually over-packed because everything we needed was already there. We'll definitely keep this in mind next time we reserve this home."

  • Seclusion at its best!

"This is the second time we've stayed at the log chalet, the first was in 2012. We loved it so much we had to come back. Our ideal vacation spots include places with tons of privacy, not tourist traps & this beautiful home & lake fit that perfectly! We love to fish, hike, boat, enjoy nature, & peace & quiet & we found all that & more. When we arrived it was 80 degrees, & we had a couple perfect days then the weather changed & we enjoyed all the indoor amenities like the hot tub, ping pong table, tv & board games & cooking. The property manager Sandy is the best & went above & beyond for us. Even though the chalet can accommodate many people it was cozy enough for just the 2 of us. I can't recommend it enough, if you're needing a vacation away from you're crazy life & want serenity you must come here!"
