  • Gorgeous home and location

"This beautiful home was as advertised. I never got tired of the gorgeous views of the bay. This home is well equipped with about any kitchen gadget you may need. We had five separate families/couples and never felt cramped. I would recommend sleep masks for anyone who would like to sleep in, since there are no blinds. Deb was great to work with!"

  • Fun for all

"Our whole family, 8 adults and 3 children, stayed in this great home for a week. With the 3 levels we all had our own space to relax in but also plenty of room to gather together for meals and games. We used the first pit in the back yard several times. Location is great!"

  • Great place for a family vacation

"This is a large comfy vacation home. The living/ dining area is huge. The table comfortably holds 15. All the bed rooms are large as well. More at outdoor spaces -- croquet court, sunset pad, large yard, dock swimming/fishing area. FULLY equipped kitchen (no food processor though) with enough dishes for dozens and dozens. Bathrooms are adequate but dated. Generous parking we had six cars and there was room for about three more. Close to Fish Creek and walking distance to the White Gill Inn. Two caveats, none of which will mar your stay, upstairs gets hot (lots of fans provided), and the whole place is in need of maintainance."

  • Historic Cozy Cottage on a Quiet Bay: Perfect for Families

"What a perfect place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! This cottage is full of history! We stayed here with our 3 children (15, 12, and 8) and had a lovely time! The cottage is remarkably clean and comfortable. We fell in love immediately when we opened the door. Our children enjoyed learning about the history of the North Bay Fish Company. The owners have books in the home that tell the story of the Fish Company along with many historic documents and photographs. It was so interesting! In the evenings we made memories and laughed as we played games and watched the stars! The campfire pit was perfect for telling stories....we may have made up some stories of lost fishermen at sea! Our favorite part of the cottage was the canoe. We canoed around North Bay and enjoyed the solitude of being with nature. We spotted birds nests, deer, fish, birds, frogs, crayfish and more. So peaceful and relaxing on North Bay yet only 4 miles to Wilson's! This cottage is in the perfect location! Special thanks to the Steffen Family for sharing their special piece of paradise with us! We loved every moment of our vacation! (Especially the fresh cut wildflowers!)"
