"We ALL loved the Kinney Farm! We had 10 adults and 2 children and had ample space, more space than we needed! We have rented homes/cabins as a big group in many states throughout the years and this by far was ruled our all time favorite home! The large screened in porch was such a hit, my husband is going to build one about the same size off our northern WI cabin! Beautiful nights spent around the fire pit~wood supplied! Fully stocked kitchen made making large meals for the group simple. Comfortable beds in all 5 rooms and with 4 bathrooms there was never a line! The privacy of the place was super as we all grew up in rural areas, not having neighbors was terrific as sometimes my family can get a little loud and stay up late! We didn't care much for the access to the lake down the road but that was only a minor disappointment that there wasn't a beach (still a pretty view of the lake) and Peninsula State Park was such a short distance and has a great sandy beach and many hiking trails, so all was good. We have only good things to say about this property except that we wished we could have stayed a lot longer!!! We hope to come back soon! LOVE LOVE LOVE the KINNEY FARM!"

"We loved the location of this property, right across from the beach and in the heart of the village. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. The house was pretty well equipped. The only real downfall were the cooking supplies such as pots and pans. The pans were a bit rusty but we lined everything with aluminum foil and it helped. Other than that, the house had great TV, plenty of games and reading material. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you to Karen for the thorough instructions and contact numbers."

"We stayed here and were blown away from the beauty of the house and the outside. We arrived with plans to eat out for most of our meals but when we arrived we decided to stay in for all our meals and just ate out once for our 3 night weekend. It's off the beaten path but that's what makes it worthwhile especially on your own private lake. We had 7 people in our party and everyone was very comfortable! The only thing we wish was that the couch in the basement was a sleeper sofa but the sofa in the main living room was so comfortable we sat there most days just watching movies with the fireplace going. We went on a beautiful hike and explored a little. It was a little cold out so we came back in and warmed up. We played games around the big dining room table. The kitchen was so accommodating we had bountiful breakfasts and pizzas and lasagna and the counter was full of snacks. They've thought of everything and the owners were very easy to work with and sent our deposit back very fast. Thanks for letting us stay and we hope to come back again!"
