  • Great little cabin

"This is a very nice cabin. It's very clean, modern, and sits on a beautiful no-access lake. Very relaxing. We enjoyed using the row and paddle boats to go out and catch some pretty nice perch....2 were 11 1/2 inches! Tip: fish bite better in the morning! Rhinelander is only 6 miles away, so just a short trip to town if you need anything. Very close (1/2 hour) to Minocqua and all of the tourist trap type stuff, if that's what you like. We would very much recommend this cabin to anyone, and hope to make a return trip soon!"

  • Perfect getaway

"Cabin is beautiful, very nicely decorated & felt like home from the minute we got there. Our kids (13 & 11) kept saying how comfortable it was & how much they liked it. The Nellis family is wonderful- very kind & accomodating and sure to leave a note in case we needed them (which we didn't since the cabin was so great!!) We 100% recommend it! We took a family vacation but would be great for a couples getaway too... especially the jetted tub upstairs! Would definitely go there again & will be sure to recommend to friends."

  • Our stay September 2014

"The cottage and property are beautiful, the cottage is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was great to turn on the fireplace and relax. The road into the cottage is gravel and would not be great to ride motorcycles on, which we were up north for the Fall ride. We left the bikes at a friends place. The lake was so peaceful with the colors just starting, we used the canoe and others in our party tried fishing using the boat. We did not have a chance to make a camp fire, but there is a nice fire pit with lots of wood. If you are looking for a place to relax and gather with friends or family this cottage is perfect. It is about 20 minutes from Tomahawk."

  • Great family spot!

"This is the 3rd year we've stayed over the 4th and love it. It's perfect for a big family and lots of little kiddies. The beach, late yard and playground are perfect. Nothing fancy, but a great value and we spend all day outside anyway. Just wish it was a tad bigger for our growing family."
