  • perfect family vacation

"We spent a week in Fish Creek and had a wonderful time. We have two small children under the age of 5 and they loved every second of our stay in Door County. The house was perfect for us, equipped with games, children's plates, and books. The bedrooms were comfortable, and our son loved sleeping on the twin bed with a "night light" above him. At night the boys got to take a bath in the jacuzzi tub which made them actually look forward to going to bed. When we weren't out and about, everyone enjoyed the amenities like the pools, tennis courts and playground. I would happily return to this location and home again for years to come!"

  • My favorite vacation spot!

"A week away at this cabin will leave you planning your next trip there. From the cozy feeling inside to the beautiful pier on the lake, it's the perfect escape for a family. We spend the days fishing, boating on the lake and relaxing at night on the pier taking in the beautiful scenery. It's the best northern Wisconsin retreat I have ever been to!"

  • Perfect House in a Perfect Location

"My family stayed at this property for a week in June. The weather cooperated most days, but despite some rainy days the house more than made up for it in terms of comfort and activities for our family. There were 4 adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The dock and depth of the lake make it perfect for swimming. The water is shallow and clear so the kids were more than happy to jump in (and again we didn't have perfect weather for it). The property has a canoe that was easy to use to go paddling around the lake and for fishing. My son caught several good size bass and a crappie. The house design is just right for anyone looking for space when you want to retire to your room or meet for time together in the great room. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The owners were easily reachable and extremely helpful whenever we called. The house has a notebook with clear instructions on how to use all of the amenities. You are a stone's throw from Bailey's Harbor and Lake Michigan, but also secluded enough on the property to feel like you are a world away. We loved the location of the property being a quick drive to any of the places we wanted to visit, such as The Farm, Fish Creek, and Egg Harbor. As I said, we had a few rainy days, but we were totally entertained by the board games and toys in the house. It really is perfect for families. We had my father who is over 60, my brother who is in his thirties, and again my two boys who had a blast playing with all of the toys in the house. When they wanted downtime there is wifi for their electronics and satellite TV. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for any kind of vacation...there are plenty of supplies for outdoor enthusiasts (bikes, canoe, paddle boats etc) vacations, girl's weekends...just a great property with a great layout and location. We couldn't be happier!"

  • Perfect place to go to relax.

"We had a great time getting away from the world. I loved sitting on the deck watching the Bald Eagles hunting around us. The loons singing in the evening was so relaxing. It was a little rainy so we limited our fishing to the pier. Plenty of pan fish! We were able to get internet connection using our cell phones as "hot spots". The cabin was actually better than described. You should include the view from the deck out to the lake! We enjoyed eating breakfast at the "Log Cabin Cafe". It was a little drive but worth the trip. We had dinner at "Hill's Still". The night we were there, they had German dishes that were very well done. We loved our stay.... Thank you."
