"Excellent accommodations for our first fishing trip on Big St. Germain Lake. Boat launch is just a 5 minute drive away. Dock provided with the home was a valuable convenience. The home was very clean and had plenty of room to relax and get comfortable after a long day on the water. We enjoyed the deck and the view of the lake it provided as well as the opportunity to watch several deer that were frequent visitors. We plan to stay at AJ's Pine Crest Hideaway on future trips and would recommend your home to others."

"This is exactly what a cabin "up north" should be! Peaceful and private on a 500" stretch of shoreline, extremely well-maintained, comfortable and cosy - plus a great HD TV, wireless internet and a land-line phone - make this property one of the most comfortable ones you could find - a great lake home with a "woodsy" feel to it. A brand new mattress provided the best nights' sleep in years. The kitchen was well stocked and as my husband said, "the knives were good and sharp"! We always had hot water, there were plenty of towels, heat or air conditioning was available and we had comfortable furniture to curl up in. Having Steve and Sharon, the caretakers, available during one's stay is certainly a plus and Bob, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and only a phone call away.
From the loons calling to each other across the lake to the eagles soaring across the front of the cabin, you'll always be aware that you are, indeed, in God's country. We certainly highly recommend this property and hope to return again next year."

"We did a five day fishing trip with two other couples. Even though the weather did not cooperate, the accommodations were excellent. With six adults, it was very comfortable. There were even more beds in the basement. We enjoyed having our coffee on the porch, beautiful flowers surrounding the place, with critters running all around. I never got tired of looking at the decor, checking out each piece. The kitchen was well stocked. We commented never been anywhere with everything you needed in a kitchen. Each night a couple made dinner and it was better than going out. We brought our Labrador and he was very comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. It is close to town. Enjoyed this wonderful cabin and hope to visit again."
