  • Best Bachelorette Weekend

"We recently rented the cabin for a bachelorette party weekend. Every one of the girls that came was very impressed by the cabin. There were plenty beds and bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and the community areas were large enough for us all to sit in. We really enjoyed the deck and fire put because the weather was amazing. Scott and his son were very helpful and there were plenty of activities in Hayward to keep us busy. I will recommend this cabin to any friends looking for a place to stay in Hayward."

  • AMAZING HOME!!!! Perfect family vacation destination

"We stayed at this beautiful home with our two young boys (ages 4 and 13 months), my parents, my husband's parents, and his brother and sister-in-law and there two girls (ages 2 and 2 months) and we LOVED it!!!!! The home is large and cozy...we all had plenty of space to hang out together or to spread out as needed; the decor was beautiful; was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved using the screen porch, deck, and fire ring each night. The game card table and bar area were very fun as well! We rented a pontoon for one day from M&M Rental and was awesome! We did not have much luck fishing but did check out the Angry Minnow Brewery and the winery downtown...both were excellent! We did bring baby gates for the stairs and I would recommend that to anyone with young children. Otherwise almost everything we needed as already there and made our stay very enjoyable! The owners were GREAT to work with, answered all our questions, and came to fix a cabinet as soon as we let them know it was broken. Overall we had a FABULOUS time and we all hope to go back to this beautiful home either together again or with family/friend groups....we'd like to try it out in the winter too! I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone that enjoys the outdoors, lakes, and north woods!"

  • Great place for the whole family to gather.

"We chose the Lipsi Ritz for a family gathering. The cabin was rustic and cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We especially loved the front porch and the fire pit areas as we were able to enjoy the beautiful October weather. We are planning to make this our annual gathering spot as long as Carol will have us."

  • Mixed feeling but overall favorable

"We rented the entire facility -- three cabins and the lodge. One of the cabins (closest to the lake) has/had a moisture issue with a semi-perm "musty" smell. And one of the bedrooms had an excess of spiders. Beyond that the lodge and other two cabins were quite acceptable and quite comfy."
